Raquel Leviss claims Scheana Shay punched her in the face last Thursday in New York City, reportedly after learning she and Tom Sandoval engaged in a months-long affair behind the back of her longtime best friend, Ariana Madix.
Following the news that Raquel obtained a temporary restraining order against Scheana, who she said got violent with her last week — and has made an additional threat in the days since, photos are being shared of the injuries she allegedly sustained.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on March 8, Raquel accused Scheana of pushing her into a brick wall and punching her in her left eye as she provided images of her bruised eye and a cut on her face.

Raquel also detailed that she fears Scheana could get violent with her again, claiming that those she works with have told her that Scheana “doesn’t regret the physical attack on me and would do it again if she found that further emotional distress was caused to our mutual friend.”
The temporary restraining order that is currently in place, and expected to remain in place, at least until the ladies’ March 29 hearing, requires Scheana to stay at least 100 yards away from Raquel, her apartment, and her workplace, which could pose a problem when it comes to the upcoming reunion, which is set to be filmed in two weeks.

While Sandoval and Raquel initially stayed silent in regard to their alleged affair, they both released statements earlier today, apologizing for their behavior.
“I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly,” Sandoval wrote on Instagram. “I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana. I never meant to disappoint so many people, including our loving families and friends.”
Meanwhile, in a statement of her own, Raquel, who left Los Angeles to be with family amid the drama, said “there is no excuse” for what occurred, adding, “I am not a victim and I must own my actions and I deeply regret hurting Ariana.”
Also in her statement, Raquel said she’d been “physically assaulted” and “lost friendships.”
