Lenny Hochstein is being sued by content creator and real estate advisor Tanya Draskovic, who claims the plastic surgeon left her botched, scarred, and in pain after combining three risky procedures into one.

In her malpractice complaint against the 59-year-old Real Housewives of Miami alum, which was filed on June 13 in Miami-Dade Circuit Court, Tanya said that after undergoing a breast lift, an implant exchange, and a capsulectomy, which removes scar tissue, in October 2022, she suffered “foreseeable complications” and “permanent injuries.”

In court documents obtained by Radar Online on July 16, Tanya accused Lenny, who is known as the “Boob God,” of pushing her to go under the knife for the risky operation and failing to properly inform her of the dangers involved.

Lenny was required to “disclose all material risks, complications, and reasonable alternatives,” but he “failed to explain the heightened risk” of combining the procedures, she wrote, adding that he also “failed to recommend a safer staged approach” and “disclose the nature and extent of the proposed procedure” in a matter that she could understand.

Tanya, who claimed Lenny did not have proper consent, went on to share that she suffered a capsular contracture, where scar tissue builds up around the implant and tightens, leading to pain, hardening, and deformity of the breast, and adhesive capsulitis, known as “frozen shoulder,” in her left shoulder, which results in stiffness, pain, and a reduction in range of motion.

Additionally, Tanya said she experienced “pain, disfigurement, and mental anguish,” and she was left needing corrective surgeries and the expenses that came along with them.

Tanya estimated her case to be worth more than $50,000 and wants the amount to be confirmed by a “fair and just jury.”

Tanya’s lawsuit against Lenny comes just weeks after his former fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, 29, called off their engagement, and just days after he confirmed he’d moved on with a younger model, Alena Kovalenko, 25, and moved her into his home after just weeks of dating.

Lenny shares two kids with his ex-wife, Lisa Hochstein, 42, including son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.
