Harry Jowsey certainly isn’t shy about trying something unconventional.
The Too Hot to Handle alum, 28, revealed on the Tuesday, March 3, episode of his Boyfriend Material with Harry Jowsey podcast that he decided to get Botox in his penis.
In a chat with Lisa Vanderpump, the reality TV alum—who has garnered attention through platforms like Snapchat and OnlyFans—revealed he opted for an entire vial of cosmetic injectables in a rather unexpected area.
Curious about his decision, the 65-year-old Vanderpump Rules icon inquired about his motivations. Jowsey shared that he was inspired by a friend who experimented with stem cells, Botox, and calcium treatments.
According to Jowsey, Botox helps to “relax the muscle” in a man’s intimate anatomy, and he noted that his is now “very smooth,” which he considers a positive outcome.
The former Dancing with the Stars participant added that men also have the option to use Botox on their “balls to smooth out the wrinkles,” though he admitted he hasn’t ventured there himself.

“Why would you care if your balls are wrinkled?” Vanderpump asked, to which Jowsey replied: “I’m not doing it on my balls. My balls are doing their thing.”
He also told Vanderpump that “women could get [Botox] in their…hoo-ha,” explaining, “Apparently, it makes things a little easier to get the job done.”
“I don’t need any help in that department,” she said. “My husband [Ken Todd] knows what he’s doing. We’re good.”
According to LaterzaMD Aesthetic Center, which offers Penile Botox, the non-surgical procedure is “designed to increase the length and girth of the flaccid penis. Utilizing Botox, this treatment helps the penis remain at full length and reduces size loss due to shrinkage caused by the Hyperactive Penile Retraction Reflex.”
“In addition to its primary benefits,” the website added, “Penile Botox has also been shown to improve erectile quality, decrease premature ejaculation, and boost confidence.”
