Utah police received an early morning call from Scott Wolf and his estranged wife Kelley’s home about a “family fight” on the same day that Kelley was detained by police at a nearby resort amid their divorce battle, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained a report by the Summit County Sheriff’s Office dated June 13. The heavily redacted document revealed a call to police that was made from Scott and Kelley’s home in Utah.

The report stated, “Second time today called police on brother-in-law, divorce battle with husband, brother is at the home, meant to be helping with the kids, caller doesn’t feel safe in the house.”

The unknown caller, whose name is redacted, told police that she was being abused.

The police noted that the caller left the home for a brief period while on the phone.

While on the phone with dispatch, the caller claimed individuals were blocking the doorway and not allowing them to enter the home.

Police noted they were told there were no weapons, and no alcohol or any drugs. At one point, the dispatcher noted the caller was “on the phone crying.”

The report noted the call was made for about 15 minutes at 2:50 a.m. to 3:05 a.m.

Two weeks earlier, on May 31, another call was placed to police for a welfare check around 5:30 p.m. by someone who Us has chosen not to identify.

The report states the caller “has a gut feeling that he needs to get help.” Another part of the report states, “There has been a lot of stress in the house and the father is in LA working.”

As Us previously reported, Kelley was taken to the hospital by police after an incident on June 13.

Kelley, 48, was on Instagram Live when officers showed up at her location.

“Oh my God. Don’t. Oh my God, this is not happening,” Kelley was heard saying on camera. She was also heard telling them she would “go on my own.”

The sound of handcuffs could be heard before Kelley told the officers, “This is shameful, gentlemen. Look at this, look at this woman, this is shameful. Be ashamed, be ashamed of yourselves, gentlemen.”

An officer could be heard telling Kelley she was not “going to jail.” The officer said Kelley had made “comments to your dad and comments to people that are concerning.”

They “want to make sure you’re okay,” the police said. The police told People that Kelley was restrained during transportation to the hospital.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Department told the outlet, “Typically, when we transport somebody in any of our patrol vehicles, they are placed and properly-fitted hand restraints, just for their protection and our protection as law enforcement as well. So that’s what happened today, she was placed in hand restraints, placed into a vehicle and transported by our deputies to a hospital.”

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Sundance Resort in the morning.

A rep for the Sheriff told Us they responded ”for a report of a female that needed some help. Upon speaking with the female, our Deputies learned that she had made concerning comments to a family member, and she also made similar comments to our Deputies. For that reason, our Deputies transported the female to a local hospital.”

Following Kelley’s Instagram Live, Scott’s friend Billy Bush came out to deny allegations that Kelley had been abused. He said, “there is zero truth to anything abusive by Scott. He is the kindest, sweetest person. He is all of that and more.”

The drama comes after Scott, 57, announced he filed for divorce from Kelley on June 10.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” the actor said. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”
