According to a restaurant manager, pop icon Britney Spears was not under the influence during her much-publicized outing last Wednesday evening.

Spears and a female companion visited Red O, a trendy dining spot in Westlake, California. Upon leaving, she was seen driving in a manner that raised eyebrows and sparked concern for her well-being.

Witnesses claimed that Spears engaged in unusual antics at the restaurant, such as accidentally knocking over glasses and making an odd toast before departing. However, Oliver Wynn, the general manager at this location of the upscale Mexican eatery, offered a different perspective.

“She was incredibly relaxed and very pleasant,” Wynn shared with Us Weekly. “She simply enjoyed her meal and then left without any incident.”

Wynn confirmed that Spears did not appear to be intoxicated and did not order alcoholic beverages with her meal, though a fan did offer her a glass of wine.

“Britney was just chatting with her friend and fans the whole time,” he said of their visit, which lasted less than an hour. “They were very chatty.”

The “Toxic” singer was kind to fans and took pictures and videos with them, according to Wynn.

“I was impressed at how nice she actually was,” he shared. “I worked at other restaurants frequented by a lot of celebrities, and I’ve never really seen a celebrity be as nice as Britney was.”

A rep for Spears didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

Spears appeared to address the footage of her dangerous driving on Instagram on Saturday, writing, ““If anyone is wondering the lookalike was not me…🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤓.”

She didn’t specifically reference the video in her post, which featured a graphic of Minnie Mouse and Daisy Duck hugging.

The Grammy-winning singer’s family is extremely scared for her after the incident, the Daily Mail reported, and is in crisis talks over how best to help her.

“There’s a lot of concern. Everyone has always wanted the best for her, and she’s showing right now that she’s making bad choices,” a source told the outlet.

“It’s terrifying,” the source continued. “So there’s a lot of talk about what to do, if anything. How can we protect her from herself.”

Spears has been in the headlines due to her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s memoir, “You Thought You Knew,” which aired out serious accusations against the pop star.

She’s hit back at his claims, and a spokesperson for her previously told Page Six Federline is “profiting off her” after her child support to their two sons — Sean Preston, 20, and Jayden James, 19 — ended.
