During a lively episode of Watch What Happens Live aired on Thursday night, Bozoma “Boz” Saint John didn’t hold back when asked about the newest addition to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast, Amanda Frances. The 48-year-old marketing executive suggested in no uncertain terms that Amanda might have dubious intentions, hinting at her as a “scammer” during the show hosted by Andy Cohen.

This bold claim came after a heated exchange between Amanda and fellow cast member Dorit Kemsley, which took place at Rachel Zoe’s house. Boz, siding with Dorit, articulated why she believed the 49-year-old housewife was justified in the dispute. The confrontation unfolded against a backdrop of personal pain for Amanda, as it coincided with the third anniversary of her son’s passing.
Beyond this clash, Boz touched on a range of other topics concerning the popular reality series. She commented on Jennifer Tilly’s admission of forgetting remarks she made about Sutton Stracke. This was coupled with her observations on Sutton’s recent disagreements with Garcelle Beauvais and her former assistant, Avi Gabay. In a related discussion, Boz addressed whether Kyle Richards had a hand in stirring drama by relaying Jennifer’s comments to Sutton, suggesting that the 57-year-old might have played a part in fanning the flames.
Adding a personal note to the evening, Boz shared how she formed a connection with Quad Webb over shared struggles with fertility. As a delightful end to the show, Boz’s fiancé, Keely Watson, joined the conversation, revealing the dates for their upcoming wedding.
She then reacted to the interplay between Amanda and Dorit, which took place on the third anniversary of the death of Amanda’s son.
“It’s a complicated situation because I feel a lot of empathy for Amanda because unfortunately we share that in common, which, we both lost children after birth, and it is a very tricky thing because some years you feel fine. You go through the day, you kind of think about it, but not really. Other days you can’t get out of bed, and I felt that for her, she really, like, in that moment, feeling like she needed to get out was the right thing to do,” Boz explained.
That said, she also didn’t think that Dorit was wrong in wanting to know more about what Amanda had said about her, specifically in regard to her thoughts on her public comments about her divorce from Paul “PK” Kemsley, 58.
“All along, all of the times we were together, she was always pushing, pushing boundaries on conversations and how she felt about things, so I don’t think Dorit was wrong in like, bringing it up. She doesn’t know what date it was,” Boz reasoned.
As for Jennifer saying she didn’t remember what she said to Kyle about Sutton, Boz wasn’t buying it.
“I love Jennifer Tilly, but she knew exactly what she said. She knew what she said, but you know what, I can see how she could feel badly because Jennifer has the biggest heart, and so I know she felt bad right after she said it and was trying to find her way out,” she stated.
During a game of “Is the Math Mathing,” Boz was asked about Jennifer’s suggestion that Sutton’s friendship with Garcelle ended because it was “always” about Sutton.
“Oh, the math maths,” she confirmed, adding that the math was not mathing when it came to Sutton’s refusal to talk about her estrangement from Avi.
“Oh come on … You gotta spill,” she advised.
Getting back to Amanda, Boz addressed Amanda’s need to one-up her castmates and name-drop designers.
“Oh, sis, I don’t even know how to answer that because the math maths, and it doesn’t math at the same time,” she suggested.
Regarding Amanda taking a 1.5-hour call in the car with Erika Jayne, 54, and Rachel, 54, Boz said, “Well, it maths because that’s her.”
Boz was also asked how she felt about Amanda calling herself the “money queen” when Kathy Hilton, 66, previously deemed her the “boss.”
“Well, I think self-imposed titles are smart if you want to build a brand, but you have to have something to back it up,” she noted.
Then, after saying, “Uh, sure,” when Andy pointed out that Amanda had a bestselling book, Boz said it was Jennifer who had the “spookiest fashion” on the cast.
On the WWHL: After Show, Boz was questioned about whether Kyle was stirring the pot by telling Sutton what Jennifer said.
“I think she was being a good friend to Sutton because you don’t want something like that said, and then nobody tells you,” she replied. “I think Kyle knew she had to go and tell Sutton immediately.”
Back on the live broadcast, Boz admitted she wasn’t surprised to hear that Erika had confirmed she was dating a new man to Kyle, but not to Dorit.
“I think Dorit was very surprised by that, but I’m actually not surprised. Erika’s very private,” she pointed out.
Boz then spoke of her friendship with Married to Medicine‘s Quad, who’s also faced infertility.
“I love Quad. We were actually just in Ghana together. We definitely commiserate,” she shared.
During the same episode, Keely, who was seated in the audience, revealed that he and Boz plan to wed twice.
“We do have two dates, so we’ve got the Ghanaian wedding [on] August 21, and then the [Los Angeles] wedding is November 21. We’re doing two, and they’re getting progressively bigger,” he stated.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 airs Thursdays at 8/7c on Bravo.
