Did Emily Simpson opt for cosmetic surgery before the latest Real Housewives of Orange County reunion? This question has been circulating among fans after the new reunion looks for season 19 were unveiled. Emily, at 49, has previously been candid about her experiences with plastic surgery, which only fueled the speculation further.

Rumors began to swirl, particularly focusing on a possible chin implant. Observant fans noticed a marked change in her facial features when comparing before and after photos that surfaced on social media, leading to widespread discussion.
One Bravo fan page weighed in on the conversation, commenting, “Emily’s chin implant is chinning,” which captured the attention of many. Another user chimed in, expressing curiosity, “Is that what it is? I couldn’t put my finger on what was different,” highlighting the intrigue and speculation surrounding Emily’s evolving appearance.

“I was wondering what was different,” another agreed.
“This side by side is insane wow,” exclaimed a third.
But others said that it wasn’t an implant, but filler.
“It’s the fillers she keeps getting. [Jennifer Pedranti] does it too,” one person alleged.
Meanwhile, another added, “At the most it is masseter botox, chin shadowing with filler and botox and direct chin filler for her dimples. Most likely though it’s just masseter botox which does wonders for the jawline and TMJ too!”
During a 2019 interview on The Domenick Nati Show, Emily opened up about the plastic surgeries she’d had over the years, sharing that she’d undergone a breast reduction, breast lift, and breast implants.
“I’ve had three breast surgeries and I’ll probably do it again at some point, whenever I feel the need,” she admitted. “When I turned 40, I did a reduction and a lift. So, that was the last one, but that was the third one that I’ve had. I have no shame in the plastic surgery game.”
Two years later, during a Q&A on Instagram, Emily responded to a fan who asked her how much surgery she’d had on her face.
“Zero… But I need a lower lift/tightening thing done asap,” she replied.
Then, in 2023, on SiriusXM’s Jeff Lewis Live, Emily confirmed she’d gotten “liposuction” in her arms and a “breast reduction” in January of that year.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 reunion begins next Thursday, November 6, at 8/7c on Bravo.
