'RHOC' Katie Ginella Addresses "Horrible" Fallout With Jennifer Pedranti, Calls Out Shannon for Saying She's as Bad as Alexis

Katie Ginella addressed her friendship fallout with Jennifer Pedranti, and she hinted at how it started. The Real Housewives of Orange County star also declared she’s “done” with the “apology tour” over her secret recording.

Early in the season, Tamra Judge exposed how Katie recorded Shannon Beador in a heated moment – and allegedly showed it to Alexis Bellino, whose fiancé John Janssen was suing Shannon at the time. Though Katie apologized repeatedly, Shannon called her worse than Alexis. Meanwhile, reports have surfaced that Katie and Jennifer had a falling out.

In an interview for Virtual Reali-Tea, Katie shared where she stands with Jennifer.

“We are not as close anymore,” she said. “And it’s horrible. You know, we used to literally wake up every morning and talk on the phone while I had my coffee in bed … One time I didn’t text her back for like two hours, and she messaged me, ‘Are you alive? Did you die? Are you kidnapped?’ You know, we used to talk so much. Our kids became friends.”

“So that was kind of the worst part, honestly, of the whole season … losing somebody that I invested so much time into that I cared so much about, and I still care about,” she went on. “And our kids can’t even talk anymore. So it’s not good.”

Host Danny Murphy asked, “[Was Jennifer] seeing the [cast] pile-on and [didn’t] want to be in the mess – or was she like, ‘Oh, if I joined the “other side” and add on to the mess, I could be in that group a little bit better?’”

Katie answered, “I think two things can be true … You know, I don’t know. I can’t speak for her. But I think two things can be true.”

When asked if one particular thing ended the friendship, Katie responded, “Yes. And I think you’ll see that play out.”

She then addressed her “apology tour” for the recording.

“I feel like I have done enough apologizing,” she explained. “I’m on an apology tour and I’m done with that. I wish I would be afforded the same. I wish people would apologize to me for a lot of the hurtful things that happened.”

During this season of the RHOC, Shannon stated that Katie was worse than Alexis, before later walking it back and saying they are ‘equally’ bad.

Katie stated, “I recently saw [that] Shannon [retracted her comment] that [I’m] just as evil as [Alexis]. Well, I haven’t heard an apology … I feel like sending a voice note to my husband does not equate to suing somebody for 75 grand, dragging their name through the mud, arguing. I mean, it’s crazy. I can’t see the equality of that.”
