Jessel Taank clapped back after Brynn Whitfield, Sai De Silva, and Erin Lichy accused her of using her kids’ birthday party as a photo-op moment. Brynn also claimed the “old Jessel” has changed, and Erin suggested she’s being “less authentic.”

Friendships are shifting in the current season of Real Housewives of New York. In a recent episode, Jessel insinuated that Brynn was intentionally stirring up drama between her and Jenna Lyons. Erin was also called out for her involvement in a pregnancy prank with Rebecca Minkoff.

In a clip of the upcoming episode, Brynn addressed the birthday party Jessel threw for her twin sons.

“The thing that got me was at the kids’ birthday party. It’s like — the photographers” she said, via @queensofbravo on Instagram.

Images of Jessel in nice clothes at the party with her family flashed on the screen.

“I honest to god don’t know anymore. If she asks me to Netflix and chill, I don’t know if there’s a photographer there,” Brynn added.

In a confessional, the star continued, “The old Jessel had a different face and different teeth. She was more chill. Sorry, I said it. It’s the truth.”

Back in the scene, Sai expressed, “It feels like everything is like for a photo-op moment. Or to be seen.”

“That’s how I feel [too],” said Erin. She then added in her own confessional, “Brynn has a point. Sometimes the glam is out of place, like at her kids’ birthday party on the pier where there’s like snot everywhere and cake, and Jessel’s wearing this, like, romper with heels and her shoulders are exposed and she has glam. I’m like, ‘Where the f**k are you going?’ There’s nothing wrong with it. It’s just less authentic.”

Jessel shared her reaction in a comment.

“Aw shucks..” she said. “Sorry I don’t walk around looking like Kathy Bates in Misery.”

On December 19, Brynn addressed an online rumor that she was quitting Real Housewives of New York after an alleged post on X declared her exit.

“My reaction when people ask if the rumor on X is true … That was an AI post! Fake news. I didn’t put out any statements while in St Barths lol,” wrote the star.
