Tia Glover has broken her silence about being asked to leave Stacey Rusch’s SHAYO Launch, following the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Potomac that aired Sunday night.

RHOP’s Tia Glover Accuses Stacey Rusch of “Premeditated” Setup as She Addresses Being Kicked Out of SHAYO Event, Plus Cast Questions Stacey’s Historic Cannabis Claim

Amidst discussions with Ashley Darby about whether Stacey is indeed the first Black woman to own a cannabis brand in Virginia, and Monique Samuels’ insinuation that Stacey might have co-opted someone else’s business idea, Tia claimed she was set up by Stacey. Meanwhile, Wendy Osefo confessed to having a plan against her.

Reflecting on the events, Tia remarked on the December 7 episode of the RHOP: After Show, “After Gizelle Bryant’s event, things didn’t end well between Stacey and me.”

Despite the strained relationship, Tia recounted how Stacey reached out to her after the event, expressing a desire to see her at the SHAYO Launch and to work on repairing their friendship.

According to Tia, Stacey called her after the event, despite their tension, and informed her that she would like to see her at her event and hoped to “move forward” in their friendship.

“So after having that kind of olive branch, I just thought, ‘Okay, fine, I’ll go. I’ll celebrate her. And we’ll have our moment to chat,’” Tia explained. “So she invites us to the back and all that, super cordial. I said to her, ‘Congratulations. I’m really proud of you.’ I even brought money to buy the said gummies.”

Then, before she was able to grab a croissant, Tia recalled her and Stacey getting into it.

“I feel like she was holding, waiting for her moment. I think it was all premeditated. And next thing I know, this giraffe is hovering over me, ‘Get out, get out!’ I feel she set me up. I felt she had no intention of us having a meeting of the minds,” Tia admitted.

Elsewhere in the RHOP: After Show, Stacey revealed that She “had no idea that [she] was making history” when she launched her cannabis line.

“We launched the company, and someone said, ‘Well, what other African American women own brands in the state of Virginia?’ And we couldn’t find any. I didn’t even know. Isn’t that sweet?” she asked.

But Tia wasn’t convinced and asked, “Did we fact-check that?”

“I’m so sick of this story of her being the first black woman to have a cannabis line in Virginia,” Ashley complained to Monique. “Do you know how big Virginia is? And yet you’re going to reiterate, and she said it repeatedly.”

“I’ve asked numerous people, including Google, and that is not coming up,” she continued. “If you really were the first female Black owned cannabis line, you’d be getting recognized. They’d be awarding you, they’d be acknowledging this huge accomplishment. People would be actually validating what you’re saying.”

Wanting to get in on the action, Monique joked to Ashley, “Well, I’m the first Black woman to have an essential oils line.”

Then, after Angel Massie said she loves “when Black women have accomplishments” and Keiarna Stewart said she applauds anybody who pursues entrepreneurship, a producer mentioned that Stacey launched on Juneteenth, a national holiday commemorating the end of slavery.

“She done hijacked a culture and a holiday, and somebody else’s business idea,” Monique replied.

As for Wendy’s plot, she admitted to trying to get Ashley to wear merchandise from husband Eddie Osefo‘s cannabis brand, Happy Eddie, to Stacey’s launch.

“The shade,” Stacey said in response.

“I own my stuff. I sure was,” Wendy replied.

The Real Housewives of Potomac season 10 airs Sundays at 8/7c on Bravo.
