Ruby Stewart, 35, took to Instagram in January to announce her pregnancy with a short clip of the ultrasound, with her father Sir Rod Stewart being one of the first to share his congrats.
The daughter of the Maggie May hitmaker has now taken to Instagram to share with her 48,000 followers how she broke the bath, but maintained she was at a “healthy weight” for someone in their third trimester.
Along with a picture of her tub minus its elaborate legs, Ruby wrote: “Let the record state that I am within the healthy weight for a woman in her third trimester. However, I did stand up in the bath and blew the legs off of it. Might be my lowest pregnancy moment.”

To combat the bad, Ruby also shared with her fans the “high pregnancy moment” she felt when she attended a gig, writing: “Reflecting on a high pregnancy moment last night. When I had a whole buffet/couch to myself while watching live stand-up comedy on my private TV. While all the cool kids drank tequila and didn’t eat anything.
“I also ordered a root beer and the waitress asked me who brought their children to the show.”

Ruby recently announced her engagement to partner Jake Kalic on Instagram with a lengthy heartfelt message, which read: “Yes to… Always finding your hand to hold in the middle of the night… to always making a s**** situation something we can laugh about… to calling me out on my passive-aggressive bulls***.”
She continued: “To knowing how and when to hold me without me even having to ask… to always telling me I’m beautiful even when I’m sick and swollen… to always hearing your tone deaf singing with all your heart… to never being able to dance with you without laughing at you… to always knowing my home is wherever you are…
“Yes to this life… our love… Because Forever doesn’t sound like a long time if it’s spent with you…”
Ruby also shared a video of the joyous moment she learned she was having a boy, news that was broken by her dad Rod, who read the baby’s sex off of a sealed piece of paper.
Rod fist-pumped and shouted “born a Celtic!” in honour of his favourite football team.
