On Monday, Ronnie Radke, the lead singer of Falling in Reverse, initiated legal action by filing a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan, the spouse of musician Tommy Lee.
Radke’s decision stems from allegations that Furlan has been persistently harassing him through social media platforms. According to documents acquired by TMZ, Radke claims the situation intensified after he chose not to respond to her messages.
The documents further detail that Furlan allegedly drove to Radke’s residence, lingering outside, and purportedly followed him to a medical appointment, where she reportedly waited outside, simply observing him.
In response, Furlan’s attorney provided a statement to Page Six, strongly refuting Radke’s claims. The statement asserts that Furlan is, in fact, the one experiencing harassment.
“Ms. Furlan is surprised and offended to learn about this petition,” the statement declares. “She is the actual victim of harassment, and we intend to pursue all necessary legal actions to counter this baseless lawsuit. We will also seek measures to ensure Ms. Furlan’s protection from any further harassment or threats posed by the petitioner.”
Reps for Radke didn’t immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
In May 2025, Furlan claimed she was “catfished” on social media by someone she presumed to be Radke — while she was still married to Lee — but that she told her husband “everything.”
TMZ reported that she revisited the drama over the weekend, claiming in her Instagram Stories that Radke really was the one messaging her and also accusing him of interacting with underage fans.
Radke, 42, hit back at her claims on Instagram, accusing her of “stalking and harassment.”
“Brittany Furlan may be now committing a crime,” he captioned one video.
Radke told TMZ back in May 2025 that multiple other women besides Furlan were “tricked and duped” by the individual pretending to be him and that the FBI was involved.
At the time, he said that he was cooperating with authorities.
“I sent them some stuff,” he claimed. “They’re gonna find out who it is. I want to prove to everyone it’s not me.”
Despite the catfish scandal and reports Furlan and Lee split in May 2025 after six years of marriage, the couple is still together.
Furlan said the incident actually strengthened their marriage during an episode of her and Brittany Schmitt’s “This Is The Worst” podcast back in June 2025.
“All of this happening has weirdly brought us together, which is really strange,” she said. “I think we really faced like, ‘Oh, what would life really be like without each other?’”
“I was so lonely,” she also confessed. “I was messaging Chat GPT for affection. I’m like, ‘It talks to you lovingly and it says nice things to you and it’s sweet to you and if it could kiss me I would let it.’”
A month later, Lee, 63, captioned a pic of them on Instagram, “Hey fake news we’re not separated or divorced!! Get your sh—t together!! 🤣.”
