As the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star navigates a tumultuous divorce from Aaron Phypers, marred by allegations of infidelity and abuse, Rudy addressed the speculation surrounding their supposed relationship while promoting the upcoming fourth season of his series.
“Firstly, I have the utmost respect for what we do on our show, which is built on trust and dedication,” Rudy shared with Decider on November 21. “Every participant in our program is under our guidance, and I would never compromise that trust.”
“That’s all I have to say,” he concluded. “When I look in the mirror, I take pride in who I am and what I stand for.”
“That’s all I’ll say,” he added. “I look in the mirror and I have respect and pride in myself and what I represent.”
As RHOBH fans may recall, Aaron made his accusations against Denise in a letter obtained by Page Six.
“She begged me not to leave, saying it was nothing and that she only loved me. Then, she denied it all — even the explicit messages I found. Despite her promise to stop, more lies and shocking evidence emerged,” he wrote.
Then, during an interview with Daily Mail, Aaron said he learned of the supposed affair in April, when he came across sexts, photos, videos, and other details on Denise’s phone.
According to Decider, Rudy, an ex-Recon Marine, has two kids and was engaged to firearms instructor Jade Struck until earlier this year, when they canceled their wedding.
In other news, as revealed in court documents shared by TMZ on November 21, Aaron is requesting that a judge move up a January 5 hearing, claiming that if he doesn’t gain access to the money he previously shared with Denise, he will be homeless and without a car or a phone.
As Aaron explained, he owes over six figures in bills and has been begging his friends for money for food. In addition to facing eviction “at any time,” Aaron said that if he doesn’t pay $17,820 for his truck, it could be repossessed.
“To survive,” per TMZ, Aaron said he needs “$125,000 for past due rent; $10,090 for past due HOA fees; $3,543 in past due water bill for reconnection; $13,000 past due gas for reconnection; $12,000 for past-due electricity; $1,400 past due waste management; and $1,200 past due special trash removal” for his home and $1,960 for his storage units.
“[My] financial situation gets worse by the day,” he alleged.
Aaron is also facing criminal charges, for which he needs $150,000.
Aaron has been fighting for spousal support since he filed for divorce in July, claiming that his estranged wife was making over $250,000 a month from OnlyFans, TV, partnership deals, and appearances.
