Cohen, 53, took to Instagram on Wednesday, July 23, to open up about his weight loss ahead of playing Mephisto in a Marvel movie. “This is not AI. He also gave a shout-out to his trainer, Alfonso Moretti, praising him for “doing the unthinkable” and “putting up with [him] for 25 mins a day.”

Moretti also shared photos of Cohen’s new figure via Instagram, gushing about how “proud” he was of his client.
