One year after going under the knife, Sami Sheen reflected on her rhinoplasty results.

Sheen, 21, took to Instagram on Monday, August 11, to share moments from her surgery last summer. “Cant believe this was exactly a year ago today,” she captioned a selfie of herself bandaged up in the hospital.

In a separate photo, Sheen iced her nose while laying in a hospital bed. “Already having a photo shoot not even 5 mins after waking up from surgery 😭,” she wrote alongside the pic. She also shared snaps of the doctor working on her nose, admitting that the pics still “freak” her out to look at.

Elsewhere on social media, she posted pics of herself recovering from the surgery while cuddling up with a duck studded animal. “Gilbert has really seen it all,” she commented on her comfort toy.

Sheen also gave her fans a full look at her nose before having the surgery in a zoomed-in picture. “Old nose will not be missed,” she wrote. In the next pic, Sami, who is the daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, gushed that getting her nose job was the “best decision ever.”

The OnlyFans model has been candid about the work she’s had done. In April, she broke down all the procedures she’s undergone via TikTok: “For starters, I started getting lip filler when I was 18 and I do a touch-up every year because I’m addicted,” she said. “I absolutely hate the way my lips look without filler in it and I continue to over-line my lips still. It’s an addiction.”

She then detailed her Botox injections, which she got shortly after her first lip-filler appointment. She gets Botox in her forehead with the intent to “lift” her brows, but the treatment actually resulted “in the complete opposite.”

Before getting her nose job, she experimented with nose filler, but still felt like she “just needed a rhinoplasty.”

Sami has also been candid about her breast augmentation, but exclusively told Us Weekly that she plans to get her implants removed after experiencing breast implant illness — and worried that it’ll affect her OnlyFans career.

“I’ve already gotten some messages from my subscribers … saying that they’re gonna stick around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like,” Sami told Us in June. “I think I definitely am gonna get a lot of photos of my boobs before I have to say bye to them forever. And I’m gonna stock up on my content and then, after that, once I’m all healed, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
