Sami Sheen isn’t particularly fond of her tattoos.
At 21, the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, Sami, shared a TikTok video on Monday, November 11, where she guided her followers through her collection of tattoos, announcing her intention to eventually remove “every single” one.
“I’ve never done a tattoo tour because I’m incredibly self-conscious about all of them,” Sami explained. “I got them all before my brain was fully developed, starting at age 16. So, you can probably guess what’s inked on me.”
She began by focusing on the inside of her left arm, pointing out her first tattoo—a drawing of a butterfly toppling dominoes, symbolizing “the butterfly effect.”
She then pivoted to her right arm, which had a bear holding a flower, and a rainbow on her shoulder. “All of my tattoos from when I was 16 ‘till I was 18 were very thick [lines]. I don’t know why the lines are so thick.” Sami shared her “least favorite” artwork, which featured “a cherub smoking a joint and holding a really crooked wine glass.”
She joked, “Don’t even ask, OK? This is the worst tattoo that I have. I purposefully wear baggy shirts to cover this one tattoo.”

Sami also showed a cow’s head with heart spots, a cross, a quote reading, “We accept the love we think we deserve,” — which was created by her cousin — a rose, 11:11, a ladybug, a disco ball and another quote by Billie Eilish reading, “Not my responsibility” on her wrists and arms.

“Moving on,” she said, explaining her massive back tattoo. “This tattoo was the first tattoo I got, the day after I turned 18. I wanted to die. It was so painful.” Sami then turned around and revealed a sketch of butterfly wings, which she shared she might keep to avoid the pain of removing the ink. “Everything else has to go,” she noted.
After her wings, Sami got two fairies inked into her forearm. “I love these so much,” she gushed, explaining that she may or may not get them removed because she doesn’t want them to be visible all the time. “Then I got this bow when the bows were trending,” she shared. “I don’t know why I got this. I don’t like it.” She also got a matching horseshoe with a former friend. “This is your sign not to get a matching tattoo because I really think they’re bad luck.” Next to the horseshoe, Sami has a cowgirl boot.
On her ankle, she has a portrait of her childhood dog Sugar.
Sami concluded the TikTok by sharing, “I’m so excited to see all these tattoos leave my body, but it is gonna take probably two years, so I’m dreading it.”
“My long awaited tattoo tour before I remove all of them,” Sami captioned the post. “Let me know which one is ur fav and least fav.”
Many of her fans encouraged her to keep the wings on her back, the drawing of Sugar, the cow and the fairies.
