Scott Wolf has reportedly chosen to withdraw his restraining order against his estranged wife, Kelley Wolf.

On Wednesday, December 3, a Utah court approved the actor’s verbal request to annul the amended temporary protective order issued against Kelley, aged 49. As reported by People, the case has been closed, and all previous protective orders have been rendered inactive.

Us Weekly has contacted Scott for his comments regarding this development.

Earlier this year, Scott initiated divorce proceedings from Kelley after 21 years of marriage. The couple shares three children: sons Jackson, 16, and Miller, 13, as well as daughter Lucy, 11.

Despite the ongoing divorce proceedings, Scott Wolf took a moment to celebrate Kelley’s 49th birthday. On Tuesday, October 14, Scott, aged 57, posted an Instagram tribute featuring a smiling photo of Kelley, accompanied by the caption: “Happy birthday to you. 🎂❤️‍🩹.” Fans of the “Party of Five” star shared their reactions to the heartfelt post.

“After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley,” Scott said in a statement to People in June. “Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.”

Later that month, Us confirmed that Kelley had been detained by authorities and subsequently hospitalized. Following her release, Scott was granted a temporary restraining order against his estranged wife. The Doc star was also awarded full physical custody of their kids, and sole use and possession of their family home in Utah.

In August, Kelley was arrested for electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information. In a hearing the following month, Kelley told a judge that she planned to get mental health treatment.

“I have informed everyone that needs to know, I will be attending a [treatment center] starting on September 12,” she said per docs obtained by People at the time. “This is what was asked of me by both Bart Johnson and Scott Wolf now for six months — all I wanted to do was leave a marriage. I am excited to go to [the treatment center]. I’m looking forward to it. My brother is taking me. It’s fantastic. It’s a great place. I recommended it all the time as a mental health professional myself, so September 12, I will be there for a month. I hope that helps.”

After news broke of her plans to seek treatment, Kelley took to social media explaining she was “not in rehab.”

“I am in my home town waiting for a court hearing. I have no record. I do not abuse drugs or alcohol. I am a mother. Leave me alone,” Kelley wrote via her Instagram Story. “I have lost everything. I am malnourished. Treated like a crazy woman and I would appreciate someone saying … I love you. Welcome home. You did nothing but fight for your family.”

Despite their ups and downs earlier in the year, Scott and Kelley have seemingly turned a new leaf in recent months. In October, Scott took to social media to celebrate her birthday.

“Happy birthday to you. 🎂❤️‍🩹,” Scott captioned the Instagram post which featured a photo of Kelley.

The following month, Scott shared a photo of Kelley hugging their son Miller while celebrating the teen’s birthday.

“Mr. Fahrenheit. An American Original. A holder of light. A good time. A divining rod. Proof of life. Proof of love. A pusher of buttons. 85 pounds of vulnerability and courage.
