Southern Charm's Shep Rose Had Big Plans With Sienna Evans Before His Cast Questioned Her Real Intentions

Shep Rose introduced Sienna Evans as his girlfriend on Season 10 of Southern Charm. Living in the Bahamas, Sienna and Shep appeared to be in a long-distance relationship, but as the season progressed cracks in their romance began to form.

It was clear that Shep was way more into the pageant queen than she was of him. Shep’s cast mates were skeptical of just how real their relationship was, as Sienna admitted at a group gathering that her grandmother was a big fan of the Bravo show. It was also unearthed by Whitney Sudler-Smith that she had connected with him on the exclusive dating app, Raya, before she connected with Shep. It had both Madison LeCroy and Miss Patricia Altschul labeling Sienna a Southern Charm “stalker.”

However, as the middle of the season sees the cast on a trip to the Bahamas, Sienna is setting the record straight about her portrayal on the show as she comes face to face with Shep. It may change a lot of fans’ opinions of her as she tells her side of the story.

The middle of the Southern Charm season shows the Charleston crew in the Bahamas. Not only is it supposed to be a fun-filled vacation for the friends, but Shep Rose finally reconnects with Sienna Evans after over a month apart. Episode 10 ended with an awkward moment between Sienna and Shep as she appeared to keep her distance from him, even walking out of his bedroom so that he could change.

Before Episode 11 dropped on February 20th, Sienna took to TikTok to set some things straight. She’s been somewhat portrayed as a villain this season as she ghosted Shep for a couple of days and was labeled a “stalker” of the show who wanted to gain fame.

“There have been a lot of mistruths… and I kind of think it’s time for me to talk about it.”

Sienna wanted to clear the air about a few things that she believed viewers were getting wrong, including who messaged who first on the celebrity dating app Raya. In a TikTok, she posted a screenshot of her Raya app that showed Whitney Sudler-Smith messaging her first in 2023.

“He wasn’t even a connection of mine, he direct-requested me and said, ‘Hi, how are you?” Sienna shared while showing the “receipts, proof, timeline, screenshots,” as RHOSLC’s Heather Gay would say. “‘I’m good, how are you?’” Is what Sienna replied. “That is the extent of the communication that he and I had on this platform.”

In a “Part 2” of her story, Sienna divulges how she and Shep met. She begins by stating that the reality TV star messaged her a month later on the dating app. The model admitted that she found him “endearing” because his profile displayed him as “a normal southern boy who likes to fish.”

“And that’s how we met. And then he followed me on Instagram, and we started talking on Instagram and that’s kind of how things started,” Sienna shared, later detailing that she gave him her phone number.

In the video, Sienna also claimed that she didn’t know who Shep was as she had never watched Southern Charm. She also stated that she had no clue Shep and Whitney knew one another. When Shep informed her of her interaction with Whitney previously on the app, Sienna claimed she was “catfished,” adding, “He looks nothing like this in real life.”

Sienna didn’t end there. The Miss Bahamas pageant queen also wanted to make it clear that she wasn’t a Southern Charm “stalker” dating Shep for fame. During a party with the entire cast to celebrate Rodrigo Reyes’ dog’s birthday, she told the cast that her grandmother called herself the president of the Southern Charm fan club in the Bahamas. It was certainly sketchy at first, as people have been known to appear on reality TV for fame.

In another TikTok, the model stated that she was already talking to Shep when her grandmother informed her that she was an avid watcher of the show. She also shared that she wasn’t interested in being on reality TV. This certainly makes sense as she’s made a name for herself as a successful model and pregnant queen.

Detailing how she learned her grandmother was a Southern Charm fan, Sienna shared, “I go to her house one day, and she and I are both single at the time, but she signed up for eHarmony actually, and we’re telling each other about our online dating experience.”

She continued, “And, so I say ‘hey, this is a person who I met on a dating app.’ And, I showed her the picture, and she says, ‘that is Shep, he is on Southern Charm.'”

“This discourse about my grandmother putting me up to date Shep is also something that it untrue.”

As the cast are enjoying their time in the Bahamas, Episode 11 shows Shep spilling his heart out to Sienna. After telling her that he thought of a future with her that included kids, he added, “I know you made my life better. You made me want to be a better man. I’m wildly, wildly attracted to you. And I am actually in love with you. I don’t want to put you on the spot. I just I don’t even know where we stand.”

Sienna tells Shep that they never defined their relationship, but as earlier episodes showed, Shep believed they were “exclusive.” The two agree to just talk about it all later as they meet the rest of the cast for dinner. However, things don’t look good as Sienna tells the group while Shep is away that they were “non-committal.”

Shep’s castmates thought Sienna was too good to be true and that the relationship was one-sided.

In November 2024, Shep attended Bravo Fan fest where he admitted that he and Sienna were no longer together.

“I don’t know if I want to reveal because of Season 10, but I was right there and I got pretty cut down, let’s just say. And it’s all out there for everyone to see, so.” Shep, who told Sienna he loved her on their second weekend together, admitted that the long-distance was “tough” and added that he was also back on Raya.

Season 10 of Southern Charm airs on Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo and streams on Peacock the following day.
