After announcing their engagement in 2025, Swift and Kelce are rumored to be planning a wedding at Madison Square Garden, possibly over the July 4th weekend. Us Weekly previously reported that guests have been advised to be in New York City on July 2 and 3, though further specifics have not been disclosed.
“Taylor and Travis requested their guests to head to NYC, without specifying any other location,” a source exclusively revealed to Us at the end of June.
According to an insider, the pop sensation and the celebrated Kansas City Chiefs player are planning an extended celebration of their union spanning two days. “They’re organizing a two-day event for their guests,” the source noted. “The couple is investing heavily, with expenses reportedly reaching into the millions.”
An insider reveals to Us Weekly that Swift and Kelce’s nuptials will be a “whimsical” affair, set against the vibrant backdrop of New York City. The couple is said to be orchestrating a fairy tale-inspired celebration, a nod to the enchanting themes present in much of Swift’s musical repertoire.
Swift and Kelce have not publicly disclosed any information about their wedding. During a recent episode of his and brother Jason Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, Travis made headlines when he said that 4th of July celebrations can produce “great memories.”
“4th of July weekend is right around the corner,” Kelce later began an Expedia ad break. “We all have that one 4th of July trip we still talk about. … The one that turned a long weekend into a core memory.”
