Stassi Schroeder has spoken out about the domestic violence allegations involving Tom Sandoval and his recent ex-girlfriend, Victoria Lee Robinson, alongside her father, Will Robinson. The discussion unfolded on the latest episode of her podcast, co-hosted with long-time friend Taylor Strecker.
Following the arrest of the 33-year-old Victoria for reportedly assaulting the 43-year-old Sandoval, coupled with Sandoval being caught on security footage shoving Victoria’s father into a fire pit, Schroeder, at 38, didn’t hold back. The Vanderpump Rules alum criticized her former co-star, likening his behavior to “trash,” and urged both him and other past co-stars to “pull themselves together.”
“I can’t stand seeing my former cast members behaving poorly,” Stassi remarked on the July 1 episode of Stassi With Tay, as reported by Vanderpod Recaps on Instagram. “To me, it reflects on us collectively as a cast. I just wish we could all strive for higher standards, support one another, dress stylishly, and steer clear from legal troubles and domestic violence issues,” she continued.
“It’s insane. I just need everyone to get their sh*t together. Every single ex-cast member of Vanderpump Rules, every single one of them, get your sh*t together and be cool so that we can all be cool,” she continued. “I need everyone to get stylists. Everyone, go get stylists … I just want everyone to get there because it’s better if we’re all succeeding.”
Addressing Tom’s fight video specifically, Stassi described his antics as “[theatrical].”
“He has done this since the beginning of time, where he is putting on a show when he fights. He’s not turning it on for the cameras,” she noted. “This is literally what he’s like all the time. It just was so crazy and jarring and shocking to see him push a father, like, an older man, into a fire pit.”
Stassi then said it was “weird” that Tom and Victoria were living with her dad.
“That’s okay if you have a child, and so one of your parents is there to help with the kid. That’s the only time it’s okay for another parent to be living, or they’re sick and need help, and you’re taking care of them,” she stated. “These are two young, capable people in only a couple year relationship. Why is her dad living with them?”
Also on the podcast, Stassi poked fun at Tom’s ukulele performance for the paparazzi.
“You know that he was like, ‘Oh, the paparazzi are here. I’m going to bring my ukulele,’” she said.
