The release of a highly anticipated streaming option is set to be a crowd favorite.

Following a 53-day theatrical run and a press tour that captivated audiences with its fashion-forward flair, “Wicked: For Good” is now making its way to video-on-demand platforms, including Prime Video.

The film has already stirred the pot for the upcoming awards season, with Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo earning Golden Globe nominations for their portrayals of Glinda and Elphaba, respectively.

For those eager to dive into the second act of this much-talked-about tale, here’s everything you need to know to transform your at-home viewing experience into something truly magical.

How to watch “Wicked: For Good” on Prime video

Starting at midnight ET on December 30, 2025, the second installment of the “Wicked” movie will be available for purchase on Prime Video. The ultra-high definition version is priced at $29.99.

You won’t need to be a Prime member to watch it, although you’ll need to sign up for at least a free Amazon account to store your digital purchase.

Luckily for “Wicked” obsessives, purchased movies live in your Amazon account indefinitely and can be watched and rewatched as much as you’d like.

When can you stream “Wicked: For Good”?

While there’s no word yet on when you’ll be able to stream “Wicked: For Good” without purchasing it, the buzzy sequel will eventually make its way to Peacock, given it’s owned by the same parent company as Universal Pictures.

Is “Wicked: For Good” still in theaters?
