Mya Allen was bit by a dog months ago, causing her to miss filming on the episode of Summer House that aired last Monday.
In a series of posts shared to her Instagram Story days ago, Mya revealed she was bit in the face by a dog as she shared a number of photos of the gruesome injury, including one from the hospital, revealing she suffered a swollen, bruised, and bloodied lip.
“Mya missed this [week]’s Summer House… and got bit by a dog,” Queens of Bravo announced to their fans and followers on Instagram at the time, including a screenshot of Mya’s first post.
Along with a photo of herself in the car showing of her massive lip as she was driven to the emergency room, seemingly by now-ex-boyfriend Oliver Gray, who she was still dating at the time, Mya added a caption, which read, “Stopped the celebration for a quick stop to my other home aka the [emergency room].”
Later, in a second post shared to her Instagram Story, Mya shared a close-up of her face and lip, which had been ripped open by the animal.
“[To be honest] I don’t think I’ve ever looked better,” she joked in the caption, along with a laughing while crying emoji.

Mya also posted a pic of herself in a hospital bed with an IV bag hanging behind her. And, in the caption, she shared the “thug life” hashtag.
While smiling for the camera and holding up the peace sign, Mya gave her online audience a look from a different angle, which showed off just how swollen the right side of her lip was.
As Summer House fans may know, Mya confirmed her split from Oliver, who was seen alongside her on episodes of season seven, on an episode of Watch What Happens Live in February of this year.
“He wasn’t who I thought he was,” Mya admitted, describing their split as a “bad breakup” and saying Oliver had been “blocked.”
Then, days later, during her own appearance on WWHL, Danielle Olivera said the couple parted ways after Oliver cheated.
