Sutton Stracke was met with Ozempic rumors after showing off her “tiny” legs in a black dress on Instagram.

As the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was also advised to get an eyelid lift by a fan who spotlighted her alleged puffiness, Sutton was accused of overdoing it with Ozepmic as a number of fans took notice of her skinny legs and worried about her health.

“Grammy Night [Steven Tyler’s Janie’s Fund] please check it out,” Sutton wrote in the caption of her February 3 photo on Instagram as she posed in a black dress with a printed bag and printed shoes.

Following the sharing of the post, someone asked Sutton, “Ozempic went [too] far??????,” and another person took note of her small legs.

“Your legs are so tiny!!!” they wrote. 

Then, after someone else expressed concern for Sutton’s potential nerve damage, claiming her shoes were “not good for neuropathy,” another Instagram user wondered if she was using weight loss medication.

“Maybe a little too much, Ozempic,” they suspected. 

But a different commenter called out the critics, telling them, “The body shaming in this comment section is terrible. Do better.”

Also in the comments section of the RHOBH cast member’s post was a message about Sutton’s eyes.

“Have you ever thought about getting an eyelid lift to depuff it?” someone asked. 

Clapping back, Sutton wrote, “No but thank you.”

The Ozempic questions come just over a year after Sutton faced weight concerns after being spotted in a photo with Jeff Lewis, 54.

“Whoa! Are we worried about this weight situation?” someone asked at the time.

“I am shocked that this is Sutton from the housewives. She is terribly thin! What is going on with all these celebs going back to skin/bones?” another person wondered.

“She looks really unhealthy,” a third agreed.

Meanwhile, in response to the backlash, Sutton denied she was on Ozempic and insisted, “I do eat!”
