Tamar Braxton is weighing in ahead of her new tour.

“It is OFFICIALLY tour time!!!! Ima tell yall to get yall tickets!! A whole new set list… and the new music STARTS HERE!!!…,” Braxton, 48, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, March 23, alongside a video of her singing and a snapshot of her scale, which read her weight as 153.3 pounds.

“bday is over so no more drinks….,” she wrote. “No more carbs… all body and VOICE!!!…me and my brother @octoberlondon and I are going to give you a night you won’t forget❤️😍🍀✨ see ya soon🏆.”

Braxton will kick off her October Nights: Calling All Lovers tour with October London on April 17,, in Norfolk, Virginia. Her prep for tour comes just days before the premiere of her cooking show, Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E, which she will host with her mother, Evelyn Braxton.

Cooking Sessions with Tamar & Ms. E premieres on CLEO TV on Wednesday, March 26, at 9 p.m. ET.

The Braxtons made their TV debut on Braxton Family Values in 2011. The reality series aired for seven seasons on WE tv. Along with Evelyn, the cast included the Braxton sisters, Traci Braxton, Trina Braxton, Toni Braxton, Towanda Braxton and Tamar, as well as family friend Hill Harper.

“This is all about having fun in the kitchen, having a good time, getting your favorite person, having your favorite conversations, and just cooking,” Tamar said of her and Evelyn’s new cooking show in an interview published by Essence on Monday.

“That’s all you’re doing, you know, and it’s no pressure,” she continued. “You don’t even have to know how to cook. And this is why my mother and I decided to do this show. Because we wanna show the staples of things that you can build on. We don’t want you to feel like a Michelin chef in the kitchen. You just have to enjoy the person you’re cooking with and what you’re getting ready to eat.”

She added, “I promise it did not feel like a reality show. It felt like my mother and I in the kitchen on a Thursday, a Tuesday, or a Sunday. My mom and I cook in the kitchen all the time, and we have the same banter all the time.”
