This incident supposedly transpired at The Quiet Woman, a well-known restaurant in Corona Del Mar, California. Both Judge and Jeff Lewis have previously claimed that Beador experienced a “meltdown” over a restaurant bill during their visit.
During an episode of Jeff Lewis’s podcast, the popular “Real Housewives of Orange County” star spoke in detail about Beador’s supposed outburst. According to Judge, Beador was upset because her $540 bill wasn’t waived by the restaurant. This account, however, was contested by Andy Cohen, the energetic host of “Watch What Happens Live,” who had accompanied them. Cohen shared that contrary to Judge’s portrayal, they all enjoyed a pleasant evening and, furthermore, he himself settled the bill.
On his SiriusXM radio show, “Andy Cohen Live,” Cohen offered his version of the story. He recalled that as he was leaving, the restaurant’s general manager informed him that the meal was complimentary, a gesture typically reserved for special guests. Cohen responded by insisting on paying a tip, saying, “I want the tip. I need to tip the waiter,” ensuring the staff received their due for the evening. He underscored that there wasn’t “any big kind of drama to this story,” suggesting a discrepancy in events as described by Judge and Lewis. As it stands, the differing accounts from these reality television mainstays continue to stir intrigue among their audiences.
After the 58-year-old Real Housewives of Orange County star appeared on Jeff Lewis‘ podcast, where she spoke of Shannon’s alleged “meltdown,” claiming she threw a fit that her $540 bill wasn’t comped, the 58-year-old Watch What Happens Live host claimed they had a great time — and insisted that he paid the bill.
“When I walked out the front door, the GM said, ‘The dinner is on us, by the way. We are ripping up the bill,’ and I said, ‘I don’t want you to do that because I want the tip. I need to tip the waiter,’ or whatever, and so we figured that out, and that’s all I know,” Andy recalled on his SiriusXM radio show, Andy Cohen Live, adding that there wasn’t “any big kind of drama to this story.”
However, according to Tamra, Andy wasn’t present when Shannon’s “meltdown” occurred.
“He wasn’t even there when it happened and those were Jeff Lewis’ words,” Tamra noted, seemingly mentioning that Jeff was the one who said “Shannon was mad that The Quiet Woman didn’t pick up the check.”
As fans may have seen, Tamra spoke of Shannon’s antics on an episode of Jeff Lewis Has Issues.
“Shannon had a meltdown,” she stated. “Shannon was just really upset because she says she feels like Bravo has put them on the map, and the bill wasn’t even that high. It was like $540.”
Although Tamra later confirmed the restaurant footed the bill, she said Shannon still “didn’t stop.”
