Tamra Judge Shares Details on Shannon Beador’s Reaction After Restaurant Declines to Cover $540 Bill with Andy Cohen and RHOC Crew

Tamra Judge recently claimed on Jeff Lewis‘ podcast that Shannon Beador experienced a “meltdown” at The Quiet Woman, a popular eatery in Corona Del Mar, California.

The restaurant, a familiar backdrop on The Real Housewives of Orange County, hosted Shannon, 62, along with Andy Cohen, 58, and their fellow cast members. During the visit, Shannon allegedly became upset when the establishment declined to cover the cost of their meal.

“Shannon was mad that The Quiet Woman didn’t pick up the check,” Jeff, 56, explained to Tamra, 58, during the June 24 episode of his show, Jeff Lewis Has Issues.

“Oh, Shannon had a meltdown. Oh yeah,” Tamra confirmed.

Then, after it was noted that Shannon had brought tons of press to the restaurant over the past several seasons and likely deserved to have her meal comped, Tamra admitted to confronting the owner with that information.

“I actually told the owner that because Shannon was just really upset because she says she feels like Bravo has put them on the map, and the bill wasn’t even that high. It was like $540 or something like that. We only had apps and drinks,” she explained. “I had to tell them, I’m like, ‘Listen, Shannon just feels like she’s come in here and she’s filmed here, and we’ve all filmed here, and she hasn’t even got a free meal, ever, and doesn’t ask.”

After the discussion, Tamra revealed that the owner decided to pay for Shannon, Andy, and her RHOC castmates who were present.

“[They] said, ‘We’ll reverse the charges.’ And they did. But Shannon didn’t stop,” Tamra recalled. “[But] her message was right. She wasn’t wrong about it.”

When it was all said and done, Tamra confirmed that Shannon seemed to have some regrets in regard to how she behaved.

“She even said this morning when she was here. She’s like, ‘Maybe I overreacted a little bit.’ But that’s okay. That’s Shannon,” Tamra reasoned.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 20 premieres on Thursday, July 9, at 8/7c on Bravo.
