The El Moussas are moving — and they already found the perfect house.

“We have some news. We’re moving!!!” Tarek, 43, and Heather, 37, captioned a joint Instagram post on Thursday, June 19. “We are so excited for this new chapter and new adventure for our family.”

They added, “We can’t wait to make this house a home and add our El Moussa design flare and show you guys some of the process.”

Tarek and Heather, who renovate fixer-upper properties on the HGTV series The Flipping El Moussas and The Flip Off, also offered a brief tour of their new residence when they went to pick up the keys. After entering through a stone doorway, the pair shared a smooch in the living room accented by an all-white fireplace.

In another clip, Heather examined paint swatches for one of the walls before she and Tarek debated which color to use.

“So excited for this new chapter,” a caption read.

Tarek and Heather live in California with their children. They share 2-year-old son Tristan, while Tarek is also the father of daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, 9, from his first marriage to ex-wife Christina Haack.

Months before Tarek and Heather’s real estate move, he exclusively told Us Weekly that their family was his No. 1 priority.

“What’s most important to me is being a good dad, and being a good dad is showing up to everything, being there, being supportive, going to all the things,” Tarek told Us in April. “And at some point, you start running out of time. I’m filming shows, I’m running businesses. I have three kids, so I don’t know if I have the capacity to take on more right now. And that’s my only concern.”

According to the Flipping 101 star, he and Heather have also been doing couples therapy.

“The reason we actually started the couples therapy is because friends of ours have been going for 30 years, and they said it’s the best thing they ever did for the relationship,” he told Us. “So, what we started doing is going to couples therapy, not to fix something that’s broken, but to prevent something from breaking.”

Tarek and the Selling Sunset alum have also worked on their coparenting relationship with Haack, 41.

“It was more fun than I thought it was going to be. It was better for our family. It was better for our relationship,” Tarek told Us of competing against Haack on The Flip Off. “It brought everybody closer and, in the end, it did such amazing things for our family. I wouldn’t change a thing. The show gave me and Christina an opportunity to apologize for things we did to each other. It gave Christina and Heather an opportunity to bond even closer.”
