Fans of Taylor Swift, known as Swifties, now have the opportunity to witness the heartfelt moment when the pop sensation moved her Eras Tour crew to tears with an extraordinary gesture—a $197 million bonus distributed among them.

The touching scene is captured in Swift’s new docuseries, “The End of an Era.” In the footage, the “Lover” singer is seen handing out personalized notes to each member of her crew, who gathered around her in anticipation.

During the emotional moment, Swift, 36, addressed her team, saying, “Everyone has the same message on their cards, so I hoped you could open them together,” as shared in a clip on the platform X this past Friday.

Before the crew opened their notes, Swift expressed gratitude, saying, “This leg of the tour has been more challenging than anything I’ve ever done live, and you all have embraced it with such enthusiasm, curiosity, and incredible endurance.”

She continued, “The spirit and dedication you’ve shown, and the energy you’ve given to these audiences, have been inspiring. The success of this tour is a testament to our collective hard work, so please take a moment to read your messages.”

Then, one of the crew members named Cam read his message aloud.

“Dearest Cam, we’ve travelled the world like we set out to do. We’ve dazzled the crowds but we’ve missed family too,” he read.

“My full gratitude doesn’t come from a bank but here’s a [redacted] dollars just to say thanks. Love Taylor,” he continued. The exact amount of money Swift gave to the dancers was censored in the clip.

Almost immediately, the scene skipped to show a sea of crew members wiping away their tears at the thoughtful gesture.

In another moment, one of Swift’s production assistants, Max Holmes, was seen getting a hug from one of his co-workers after he said he was “gonna pass out.”

The Grammy winner then hugged several crew members and exchanged “I love yous” with the elated room.

Elsewhere in the scene, Swift explained that giving out bonuses to her tour crew is significant to her “because setting a precedent with the Eras Tour is really important to me.”

“People who work on the road — if the tour grosses more, they get more of a bonus. And these people just work so hard. And they are the best at what they do,” she said in a different clip shared online.

While the dollar amount was edited out of the documentary series episode, Page Six previously reported that at least one crew member was given a $100,000 bonus in January.

Over the last two years, Swift has gifted a whopping $197 million in bonuses to her Eras Tour crew including dancers; choreographers; physical therapists; hair and makeup artists; wardrobe stylists; band members; instrument, sound, lighting and pyro technicians; riggers; carpenters; video team members, production staffers and assistants; truck drivers; caterers; merchandise staffers; and security personnel.
