Teddi Mellencamp and her ex-boyfriend Ricci Rea have seemingly reconciled amid the reality star’s cancer battle.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum stepped out with the producer in Encino, Calif., over the weekend, in photographs obtained by Page Six.

The duo held hands during their sunny Sunday stroll.

Mellencamp, 44, wore a patterned jumpsuit and tennis shoes during the outing, completing her look with a black baseball cap and a crossbody Prada bag.

Rea, who was carrying a tablet and sporting a new mustache, paired a white tee and black shorts with sneakers and patterned socks.

Mellencamp’s rep has yet to respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The former Bravolebrity first made headlines for her romance with Rea in June when they cozied up on a walk.

However, Mellencamp revealed their breakup shortly after Rea was identified the following month.

“It started getting to the point where it was starting to get a little bit more serious and I was like ‘I don’t have the capacity for this right now,’” the accountability coach explained on the “Diamonds in the Rough” podcast in July.

“He couldn’t be a nicer guy, but the timing sucks,” she added, agreeing that they could perhaps “take a pause and … come back in the future.”

Mellencamp’s apparent reconciliation with Rea comes on the heels of her sharing a major health update — there is “no detectable cancer” in her body.

She clarified to “Two T’s in a Pod” listeners Friday that she is “not considered in remission or anything like that.”

Mellencamp said, “I still am in immunotherapy, so I’m still fighting because you have to be.”

She has been battling skin cancer since 2022, and her health journey complicated two years later when spread to her brain and lungs and progressed to stage 4.

Mellencamp was given a “50/50 chance” of survival by her doctor.

The former “Real Housewife” was navigating her divorce from estranged husband Edwin Arroyave at the time, with whom she shares three kids.

She defended moving on with Rea — and fostering a dog — over the summer.

“If I want to put myself in a situation where I’m staying busy so I’m not getting depressed, why have a problem with that?” Mellencamp asked haters in a June podcast episode.
