Teresa Giudice wishes her brother, Joe Gorga, had been in attendance when she married her now-husband Luis Ruelas in August.

After learning her sibling recently expressed regret in opting out of the event, the Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member admitted that she wanted him there, described the upcoming 13th season as “hard,” and shaded potential “lazy” Real Housewives fans for failing to vote for her when she was on Dancing With the Stars.

“I wish my brother was there because he’s my only family member,” Teresa revealed during an October 13 interview with Access Hollywood. “I wish my brother was there, and that was devastating. But besides that, the day couldn’t have been more perfect.”

Teresa even felt her parents were present after seeing a photo of two rays of sunlight coming down from the sky as she and Luis said, “I do.”

“That was very nice of him, but I still haven’t gotten a call since that happened. But it’s okay,” Teresa continued, giving a nod to her RHONJ finale fallout with Joe and his wife, Melissa Gorga, who she allegedly accused of cheating. “I wish him and his family the best, I really do. I just have to heal from all that.”

“It was a hard season for me… So you guys are gonna have to watch. You’re definitely gonna be glued to the TV, unfortunately,” Teresa continued of season 13 before changing her tune. “I really had a great season because I was in my love bubble and just like, enjoying that so I really didn’t really get caught up with all the drama. [I] wanted no part of that.”

Although Teresa’s relationship with Joe and Melissa allegedly imploded in the finale, Teresa said the season “ends in happiness,” noting that she believes she’s in a good place with “all of [her castmates].”

While Teresa may not be looking forward to reliving all of RHONJ season 13, she cannot wait for fans to see her and Luis’ wedding special.

“I cannot wait because I wanna relive the whole thing,” she gushed, confirming that the styling of her $10,000 wedding hair was filmed for the spinoff.

“It took three and a half hours so the cameras were on me. [My hairstylist] was very focused while she was doing it. I did [break the internet]… I guess it was very iconic — that’s what everybody’s telling me,” she shared, adding that her wedding dress and crown would be on display at BravoCon in a glass case.

“I don’t know if I should say that.. and I don’t know what else they’re doing for my wedding. They asked me for a picture, the background,” she teased.

Also during the interview, Teresa noted that she didn’t “have that many votes” from fans before being voted off DWTS during week two.

” I’m thinking, maybe, is it the Housewives fans that don’t vote? Like, maybe they’re just too lazy to get off their couch,” she suspected.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in early 2023.
