This week, Kim and Khloé are headed to Mumbai for an adventure. They’re headed there for a celebrity wedding for the Ambani family (well-known billionaires) that is drawing lots of A-listers from around the globe. At first Kim and Khloé are floored by how lavish their hotel room is — it’s more of a full apartment than it is a regular suite. Kim boasts that she’s working hard to get her sister out of the country now that she’s in her 40s, explaining that they’re headed to Italy after.
Meanwhile, Kris and Scott get together to do some cooking together. Kris mentions that her younger sister, Karen, passed away from a heart attack, though she finds it too difficult to get into the details with the cameras. She’s hurt by the loss of her younger sibling and also concerned about how their mother is handling the news as well. Kris’ daughters reflect on how sweet their aunt was, and Kris thanks Scott for checking on her. Later, Kris speaks to her 90-year-old mother, who notes that she’s in pain and unable to get out of bed after losing her daughter.
Kim and Khloé only have 48 hours in India, so they get to work trying on outfits for the wedding, not wanting to waste any time. After their fittings, during which Kim selects a bright red outfit for the ceremony, they decide to check out some local markets before the wedding so they can explore as much of the city as they can in the limited window. Khloé jokes that Kim is a professional when it comes to efficient souvenir shopping:
Kim definitely has a master’s degree in shopping.
They manage to quickly find gifts to bring back for all of their children and other relatives. To save time, the sisters ride a rickshaw back to their hotel.

Back home, Kourtney and Travis record a promo video for a series of 5k races he’ll be running during his tour across the country to raise money for charity. She tells the cameras that she herself isn’t interested in distance running, but she wants to be supportive of Travis filling his time with as much as possible:
I’m trying to balance trying to slow all of my life down mixed with all the things that he wants to do. I think we both just want to make each other happy.
Back in India, Kim and Khloé arrive at the arena for the wedding, floored by the sheer amount of flowers and decorations. They note that even though the wedding was opulent, the Ambani family also made sure to do good deeds for their public for every day of the celebration, paying for people’s groceries and their own wedding ceremonies. “I’ve never seen anything like that in my life,” Kim notes, particularly amazed by the amount of jewels on display. “I don’t think any other culture celebrates a union and love like this,” she adds.
Celebrity author and podcaster Jay Shetty invites the sisters to come to a temple with him the next day. He was a monk for three years himself, and he’s able to show them around the space, filling them in on the meaning of the service. “We do come from a very materialistic place,” Khloé confesses to the cameras, noting how grateful she is to be able to share in the experience with Jay and his wife and to experience another culture, even for a short window.
When race day rolls around, Kourtney hypes herself up to join Travis for his 5k. She explains that running helped him tremendously after his plane crash, so she aims to be supportive and not complain too much, even though her chest is still sore from breastfeeding. She cheers Travis on as he speeds ahead of her, joking that she’s “killing it” by power walking.
After the race, Travis tells the cameras that he credits running with helping him get sober, and he and Kourtney both agree that the event is great for promoting wellness. Even though Kourtney could only run one mile and had to walk the other two, she’s still happy to have shown up for her partner.
At the end of the episode, Khloé and Kim head to the blessing portion of the wedding, and the bride even comes over to thank them personally for coming. Chaos strikes when they realize Kim is missing an enormous pear-shaped diamond from her necklace, and they have to clear the room to search for it. Kim panics, worrying she’ll have to pay for it — but, in the meantime, they still stop to pose for photos in front of the amazing floral displays.
While they wait to see if someone finds the diamond, Kim jokes about what kind of stone cut she should get for her “final” marriage which has yet to come. Thankfully, Kim ends up finding the diamond in the folds of her own skirt, meaning she isn’t on the hook for replacing it. She and Khloé agree that their India trip was “surreal” overall, and that they’d love to return with the rest of their family someday.
