The Masked Singer is set to dazzle audiences with a special guest performance during its upcoming Twilight Night, airing on February 11. This themed evening will pay homage to the hugely popular Twilight Saga film series, adapted from Stephenie Meyer’s bestselling novels. The saga features Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan, Robert Pattinson as the enigmatic vampire Edward Cullen, and Taylor Lautner as the werewolf Jacob Black. The four-film series, which includes Twilight (2008), New Moon (2009), Breaking Dawn – Part 1 (2011), and Breaking Dawn – Part 2 (2012), has collectively grossed over $3.36 billion globally.

Returning for season 14 of The Masked Singer, Nick Cannon resumes his hosting duties alongside panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora. The show has already delighted fans with themed nights such as Fear Night, Clueless Night, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Night. The February 4 episode will feature Red, White and Clue Night, a festive nod to America’s 250th birthday. Additionally, viewers can look forward to other themed nights including Star Trek, Care Bears, Spice Girls, and Ozzfest, a salute to the legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne. As revealed in a FOX press release highlighted by The Futon Critic, The Masked Singer will host a special performance during its Twilight Night episode. Christina Perri will take the stage to perform music from the Twilight soundtrack. Fans are likely in for a treat as she is expected to perform her beloved hit, “A Thousand Years,” the romantic anthem from 2012’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2. The song has achieved Diamond status, with over 10 million copies sold in the United States, and its official music video has surpassed two billion views on YouTube.

According to a FOX press release shared by The Futon Critic, The Masked Singer season 14 will welcome a superstar guest performer to sing on the episode. Christina Perri will give a special performance of the Twilight soundtrack. It’s likely that Christina will be singing her hit song, “A Thousand Years,” the love theme for 2012’s The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2, which she wrote and recorded for the movie. The song sold over 10 million copies in the United States, and is certified Diamond. In addition, the official music video has over two billion views on YouTube.

Because it’s airing on February 11, The Masked Singer season 14 will also celebrate Valentine’s Day, which takes place on February 14. Because of this, it’s likely that the contestants will be singing love songs and that their clue packages will discuss their relationships and/or what the Twilight movies mean to them.

So far, The Masked Singer season 14 has revealed six out of the 18 incredible contestants, including David Ortiz (Googly Eyes), Todd and Julie Chrisley (Croissants), Tiffany Haddish (Le Who Who), Tone Lōc (Handyman), Taraji P. Henson (Scarab), and Claudia Oshry (Queen Corgi). In addition, in a new twist, Kylie Cantrall’s identity as Cat Witch was revealed to viewers so that she can serve as America’s Insider throughout the season, and give behind-the-scenes information.

The remaining Masked Singer season 14 contestants who are still competing are 14 Karat Carrot, Calla Lily, Cat Witch, Crane, Eggplant, Galaxy Girl, High Voltage, Owl, Pugcasso, Snow Cone, Stingray, and Pangolin, a Wild Card contestant who’ll be introduced on Red, White and Clue Night.

The Masked Singer season 14 has already been a wild ride. From Kylie being America’s Insider to Queen Corgi’s self-elimination, the show has kept viewers on the edges of their seats. There are sure to be even more surprises as the season continues. The Masked Singer season 14 Twilight Night is going to be epic, and Christina’s performance will be a real treat.
