Bravo’s latest hit, Next Gen NYC, captivated viewers with its fresh, young cast chasing their dreams in the Big Apple. The series also gained buzz for spotlighting the next generation of reality royalty, children of some of the most iconic Real Housewives stars, carving out their own paths and stepping out of their parents shadows.

With the show gaining strong viewership and fans alike, it’s been reported that Bravo is now on the hunt to find a cast for a potential spinoff that will take place in Los Angeles. Several names have been thrown out there, including kids of well-known Housewives stars in Beverly Hills and Orange County. However, two very famous siblings with ties to the Kardashian’s are allegedly sitting out this one.

Will Alabama Barker And Landon Barker Join Next Gen LA?

Bravo’s Next Gen NYC quickly became a fan favorite, and even earned a shoutout from former First Lady Michelle Obama, who revealed on her podcast that it was one of her favorite shows. The series brought undeniable Gen Z energy, featuring a cast of kids whose parents starred in the Real Housewives, including Gia Giudice, Ariana Biermann, Riley Burruss, and Brooks Marks. They were joined by their NYC circle of friends, including Ava Dash, daughter of Damon Dash and Rachel Roy.

Although the first season of Next Gen NYC only featured eight episodes, fans are already eager for more. Rumors suggest that Bravo is planning to expand the franchise with a Los Angeles-based spinoff, Next Gen LA.

The buzz has fans speculating which famous children of Real Housewives stars might join the cast. Adding to the excitement, there’s talk that siblings Alabama and Landon Barker, children of Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and his ex-wife Shanna Moakler, could also appear. As fans know, Travis is now married to Kourtney Kardashian, which would make the series that much more exciting to watch.

Unfortunately, a representative for Alabama and Landon dished to TMZ that they had not signed any deals to join the show despite all the rumors. The siblings were approached by Bravo to join the new spinoff, but declined. The outlet also shot down rumors that Disney star Skai Jackson would participate.

Here Is Who Fans Can See In The L.A. Spinoff

TMZ reported that like Next Gen LA would include several children of Real Housewives stars, just like the original series. One of those names includes The Real Housewives of Orange County stars Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow’s son, Nick Dubrow.

While appearing on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, Dr. Terry shared, “I can’t confirm or deny, but he may have been approached. There may be some things brewing. You might want to talk to Andy Cohen about that.”

He continued, “I think of all the Next Gen places, LA is probably the best. Think about how many people you know, both in the Bravo universe and outside of the Bravo universe who have kids who we know who they are. They look like their parents. They’re in the LA scene. It’s very dynamic. I think Next Gen LA kind of vibe, whether it’s on Bravo or somewhere else, would be amazing. But I can tell you, I don’t know… Maybe a lot of them have been approached. Maybe it’s a thing. I don’t know. Stay tuned.”

Like Next Gen NYC, the Los Angeles spinoff will follow a similar format, spotlighting Gen Zers as they navigate careers, friendships, and relationships in the fast-paced world of L.A.

Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof also teased that her three sons, Gavin and twins Colin and Christian, could potentially star in the Los Angeles spinoff. Speaking to Jeff Lewis on his podcast, she shared, “They’re coming to us to want to do this show… It’s up to them.”

Additionally, RHOA star Cynthia Bailey shared in the same interview that her daughter, Noelle, might also be a part of the spinoff. “I don’t know what Noelle wants to do yet. It’s totally her decision,” Cynthia told the host. “It’s her choice. She’s been watching it. I’ve just been like, ‘Keep watching it and see how you feel about it.'”

RHOC’s Shannon Storms Beador’s Daughter Is Rumored To Join The Next Gen NYC cast

There have also been talks that Shannon Storms Beador’s daughter, Sophie Beador, could join the original spinoff, since she now calls New York City home. On July 2, celebrity hair stylist Julius Michael shared a photo of Sophie and her new hairdo on Instagram, with a caption that caught fans’ attention.

“The Next Generation is 🔥 @sophiebeador All grown up and becoming the #queen she is,” his caption read. He also included the hashtag #NextGen and tagged Bravo’s Instagram account. According to Bravo, Sophie moved to the Big Apple after she graduated from Baylor University in 2024. In a recent episode of Season 19 of RHOC, Shannon shares that Sophie broke up with her boyfriend, Reese, and is now focused on her career.

“She said, ‘I’m gonna focus on my career. This is the time when I’m supposed to go out and have adventures and live life,'” Shannon said.

The current stars of Next Gen NYC include Ariana Biermann, Charlie Zakkour, Georgia McCann, Riley Burruss, Gia Giudice, Hudson McLeroy, Emira D’Spain, Ava Dash, Brooks Marks, and Shai Fruchter. According to TMZ, when the show premiered, it “pulled in 5.4 million viewers across platforms in 35 days, making it Bravo’s most-watched series and season premiere of all time.”
