The Valley Season Finale Recap: Janet Throws a Drink and Cup in Danny’s Face, Lala Calls Out Kristen for Saying Nia Guilt-Trips Zack as Jesse Lashes Out at Michelle for Introducing Their Daughter to Another Man

Brittany throws a spine-chilling Halloween bash in the grand season finale of The Valley. Jesse becomes inquisitive about the intricacies of Michelle‘s romantic escapades, while Luke and Kristen struggle to balance their new norm as parents. Meanwhile, Janet‘s frustration with Danny escalates to unprecedented heights, and Nia decides she no longer wishes to maintain ties with the group.

Lala decides to catch up with Nia over a cup of coffee, aiming to reconnect and discuss the tumultuous events in Mexico. Nia had previously blocked Lala, leaving her blindsided. Treading carefully, Lala listens as Nia unveils stories from her past. Raised in shelters by her father, Nia seeks a stable life away from her chaotic upbringing. It’s this quest for calm that drew her to Danny, providing the sanctuary she long craved.

Lala reveals her unease about their last interaction, prompting Nia to express a hopeful outlook for rekindling their friendship. Yet, Lala remains conflicted about her next step, aware of the tension as Danny, who comes as part of the deal with Nia, isn’t fond of her.

Post-therapy session, it’s apparent Luke didn’t find peace. Instead, he felt accused of past issues he insists are resolved. Suggesting they quickly have another child, his remark, “Get it out of the way and lay the pregnant Kristen to rest,” hit hard. He longs for a return to their happy couple days. However, Kristen reminds him of her sacrifices, feeling numb from his perspective. Luke confesses it marked the darkest period of his life.

Now that Michelle’s divorce is behind her, she is ready to begin a new “book” of her life. She fills her friend in on her busy work life and she is hopeful to reach her $50 million dollar goal next year. Michelle strives to eventually buy her own home. All Michelle sees are positive things coming her way and admits she is starting to feel like a boss.

Jesse and Lacy head to Beverly Hills Babies.  Lacy has stage four endometriosis and is unsure if she can ever conceive again. She has decided that she wants to freeze her eggs, but puts off the idea of freezing embryos with Jesse. Lacy would prefer Jesse focus on his current co-parenting, whereas Jesse would love to marry Lacy and begin their blended family.

Before Brittany’s Halloween party, Janet, Jason, Lala, Schwartz, and Michelle meet up. Michelle is excited since it is her birthday at midnight and they chat about the lack of sex Janet and Jason have been having since Jason’s leg injury. Of course Lala has a lot to say about this.

In the meantime, Brittany is ready to party and she has outdone herself. The place is decked out and Count Bookulo (aka Danny) makes his grand entrance. When Danny and Jesse begin their accents, Lacy could not be more turned off.

Lala side chats with Janet and Michelle and shares that Zack, Kristen, and Nia have a separate group chat. Lala states that Kristen showed text messages from Zack where he is sh*t talking Janet.  This is interesting to Janet considering he acts as though he is moving forward with her, yet he continues that flip-floppy behavior. When Zack makes his way over, Janet confronts him. Kristen is throwing Zack under the bus in their eyes, but Zack tries to change the subject by talking about his bathroom debacle.

Janet just wants to know if they are cool, but Zack wants some friend reinforcement. Jesse jumps in and wonders why Janet would take accountability out of nowhere.  Janet feels like Zack secretly likes her, but is trying to please Nia and Kristen.

It has come to Jesse’s attention that Michelle has been secretly dating a comedian for three months. All Michelle wants is for things to be good, but when Jesse finds out Michelle introduced this guy to their daughter, he gets super mad. According to Michelle, whenever they are doing well, Jesse has to ruin it by calling her out. Jesse is livid because if another guy comes into his life, there will be big problems because he has seen their daughter cry.

Jasmine finds Michelle and questions her dating life. Jesse’s side of the story is not entirely true, since Michelle was merely showing a house and their daughter came with her. Jasmine gets into a screaming match with Michelle’s best friend and it’s just one of the many confrontations of the night.

Nia wants to clear some things up with Zack and his flip-floppiness with Janet.  Nia wants to be sure that she is not manipulating Zack and his opinion of Janet. Brittany comes over to clarify that she heard Nia makes Zack feel bad for interacting with Janet. Kristen denies this and when Zack chooses to believe Kristen over Brittany and Lala, Brittany is aghast.

Brittany insists on clearing this whole thing up.  At her photo shoot, Kristen said it is Nia that guilt trips Zack, but Kristen is denying this. Kristen admits that it was a poor choice of words, but, according to Lala, she is now lying about it because Nia is standing in front of her.  Lala believes that Nia is running the show and is the group ring leader.

Jason needs to put his leg up and chooses to relax next to Danny, who is… not sober. Jason asks Danny about the way he spoke to Lala just as Janet and Lala infiltrate the pool house to sit and chat.  This seems like an unfair fight. Danny points out that Janet has never apologized for anything she has said in her life and Janet continues to stand by her word choices about Danny.

Lala points out that Danny can’t even form a sentence and tells Janet to let it go. Danny apologizes for saying Lala should go back to her husband and when Janet jumps down his throat again, Jason reminds Danny to put his finger away. Janet throws a full drink at Danny when he asks Jason “what are you going to do with your bum leg?”

Janet refers to Danny as a tiny fool and Lala lets Janet know that she did not like her behavior. Kristen would love to throw Janet in the pool, but restrains herself.  Nia is sick of these people trying to label Danny and paint him a certain way, and she is no longer interested in pursuing a friendship.  Nia doesn’t feel welcome and so, just as Brittany brings out a cake for Michelle, she grabs the sleeping baby and they head home.

Zack is unsure where they go from here, but calls Janet a disingenuous human. Janet claims she has great friends and sees that she can be cordial with Kristen and Zack if they “stop drinking the Kool Aid.” Danny lets us all know he is a good guy and he does not want to be around people that bring out the worst in him.  What a shattered group…
