Kylie Jenner isn’t a stranger to attending major fashion shows. In fact, when she’s sitting in the front row, she makes more headlines than the fashion label itself. In late January, Kylie attended Chanel’s couture show in Paris and, as always, was the talk of the town in her head-to-toe Chanel look.
However, there was one other celebrity in attendance that had a connection to Kylie. Actress Lily-Rose Depp, the daughter of Johnny Depp, also attended the fashion label’s spring couture show. For those who don’t know, Lily-Rose dated Kylie’s boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, for two years.
Thankfully, these two women were not sitting next to one another because it surely would have been an awkward encounter.

The Women Were Able To Avoid An Awkward Run-In
A number of A-list celebrities made an appearance at the Chanel spring/summer 2025 Haute Couture show in Paris, France on January 28, with one of those stars being The Kardashians’ Kylie Jenner. The reality TV star wore the luxury label’s iconic tweed, but put her own spin on it—a white cropped Chanel jacket that showed off her toned stomach with a matching white skirt. She accessorized her outfit with black pointed-toe heels, a Chanel mini crossbody bag, and Chanel sunglasses.
Thankfully, Kylie did not run into actress and Johnny Depp’s daughter—Lily-Rose Depp—who also stunned in her head-to-toe ensemble. For those who don’t know, Lily-Rose Depp dated Kylie’s boyfriend, actor Timothée Chalamet, back in 2018.
The Nosferatu actress wore a crystal-embellished Bouclé Chanel suit that featured a skirt just below the knee with black tights, and a matching suit jacket. She accessorized her look with silver heels. Like Kylie, she also opted to wear black Chanel sunglasses, which she later removed, as she arrived at the event.
At the Chanel event, Kylie and Lily-Rose were, thankfully, not seated near one another. And, there hasn’t been any information about whether the women have ever interacted with one another, which would have made it for an awkward run-in. Would they have chatted about their ties to Timothée and just laughed it off?
Kylie was seated next to Pamela Anderson and Jennie Kim, while Lily-Rose sat with songstress Dua Lipa and Marion Cotillard.

Kylie turned heads when she arrived at the Chanel show in Paris. However, eagle-eyed fans noticed something about her outfit that may have been a very cute nod to her boyfriend, Timothée.
Fans put two-and-two together and noticed that Kylie’s black-framed Chanel sunglasses were the same or identical to the sunglasses the Dune actor wore for his promotional shoot for Saturday Night Live. Just before Kylie jet-set to Paris for Fashion Week, she accompanied her boyfriend to the SNL after party on January 25th, where Timothée both hosted and performed.
Timothée, who stars as Bob Dylan in the biopic, A Complete Unknown, channeled the musical artist in his SNL performances, singing “Outlaw Blues,” “Three Angles,” and “Tomorrow Is a Long Time.”
Kylie and Timothée have allegedly been dating since early 2023. They confirmed their romance when they attended a September 2023 Beyoncé concert together. Ever since then, they have both supported one another by attending each other’s award show events.
Fans went into a frenzy when Kylie showed up to the 2024 Golden Globe Awards in January 2024, to support Timothée when he was nominated for his role in Wonka. The pair shared a kiss that night. She would show the same support again when she sat next to the actor at the 2025 Golden Globe Awards.
As the 2025 Oscars are slowly approaching, fans are hoping to see Kylie make her first red carpet appearance. Timothée is nominated for Best Actor for A Complete Unknown.
Timothée And Lily-Rose Were Called The Perfect Couple When They Began Dating In Late 2018
Timothée And Lily-Rose Are Both French/American
Timothée and Lily-Rose Depp began dating around late 2018, after the two worked together in the film The King. The pair didn’t hide their romance as they were always photographed sharing a kiss. Fans immediately loved seeing the actors together because they were both French/American.
In 2021, while appearing on The Drew Barrymore Show, Lily-Rose didn’t give any details about her romance with Timothée. Rather, she discussed how important her privacy was to her as she had grown up in the public eye thanks to her well-known father.
“The value of privacy is something that’s been instilled in me from an early age.”
She continued, “Growing up in a family like I did, it was always something that was—I always learned the importance of privacy and valuing that and keeping things just for yourself. And that’s something that I’ve carried on into my own career and that’s really important to me.”
However, when photos of the two kissing intensely on a boat in Italy, September 2019, went viral, Timothée spoke out about the images with GQ and slammed reports that it was a publicity stunt.
“I went to bed that night thinking that was one of the best days of my life. I was on this boat all day with someone I really loved, and closing my eyes, I was like, indisputably, ‘That was great.’ And then waking up to all these pictures, and feeling embarrassed, and looking like a real nob? All pale? And then people are like: This is a P.R. stunt. A P.R. stunt?! Do you think I’d want to look like that in front of all of you?!”
However, Timothée and Lily-Rose split around April 2020. Since January 2023, the actress has been dating rapper 070 Shake, whose real name is Danielle Balbuena.
