Tom Sandoval called out Jax Taylor on Instagram after his former Vanderpump Rules castmate publicly claimed to have called him to apologize for hooking up with Kristen Doute years ago amid their past romance.

After Jax, 45, suggested that he reached out to Sandoval, 42, to formally say he was sorry for sleeping with Kristen, 42, explaining that he didn’t realize how hurtful it was until Julian Sensley, 42, hooked up with his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, 36, Sandoval weighed in with his apparent mistruths in a series of comments.

“I called Tom Sandoval, probably about four months ago,” Jax alleged on a recent episode of his podcast, In the Mind of a Man With Jax Taylor.  “I called Tom Sandoval and I said, ‘Hey man, I just want to say I’m sorry.’ And he’s like, ‘What are you sorry for?’ … ‘I want to say sorry because I never truly apologized to you over the Kristen situation that I, you know, that I did years ago when I had relations with Kristen when you were kind of on and off again with her, and until this happened to me.”

“I didn’t really realize how bad this hurts,” he added of the betrayal.

But after hearing what The Valley cast member had to say, Sandoval spoke up.

“Come on man… don’t do this. You know we didn’t speak on the phone,” he wrote in his first two comments. “You just sent me a text apologizing for the first time two days before this podcast dropped. I haven’t even had a chance to respond. But it seems like you just said that on your podcast then texted me after the fact.. It definitely doesn’t feel genuine now…”

After suggesting that Jax wasn’t being authentic in saying he was sorry for his and Kristen’s past hookup, Sandoval denied that they were anything but exclusive at the time.

“…Also we were not ‘on and off again’ at all. I was asleep in the other room … do we call that pre-karma?” he wondered.
