Tom Sandoval has taken legal action, seeking a restraining order against both Victoria Lee Robinson and her father.
Obtained court documents reveal that Sandoval, 44, accuses Robinson, 33, and her father, Will Robinson, of subjecting him to “verbal and physical abuse” following an evening out on June 3. This development was initially reported by TMZ on Thursday, June 25, and later covered by Us Weekly.
Sandoval’s allegations center around a “verbal disagreement” with Robinson, during which he realized she was recording him. At this point, her father allegedly became aggressive, prompting Sandoval to seek refuge by locking himself in a room. The situation escalated further back at home, where Sandoval claims that Victoria assaulted him, causing his vision to blur. This incident led him to call the police, which resulted in her arrest. She was subsequently released the same day after posting bond.
The legal documents also disclose that Sandoval shares his home with Robinson and her father, but he is now officially requesting their removal from his residence.
Amidst these events, Victoria Lee Robinson has retracted previous allegations accusing Sandoval of infidelity with her best friend. In an Instagram Story posted on Monday, December 16, Robinson, aged 32, expressed regret, stating, “I sincerely apologize for my earlier post. I misjudged the situation. Tom did nothing wrong.”

Sandoval and Victoria have been together since 2024, after he famously cheated on now-ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix with their Vanderpump Rules costar Rachel “Raquel” Leviss.
