Rumors are swirling about a potential new romance between Tom Schwartz and model Kiana Carroll.

The former Vanderpump Rules star, 43, recently added fuel to the speculation when he celebrated Kiana’s 27th birthday. During the festivities, which included a lively night out with friends, Tom shared a couple of intriguing photos that have fans buzzing about his relationship status.

In one of the images posted on social media, Tom wished Kiana a happy birthday, capturing her playfully covering her face. His caption was simple yet suggestive, reading, “Happy birthday [Kiana Carroll].”

Another snapshot from the evening showed Tom and Kiana posing together under the glow of pink-lit trees, alongside friends Israel and Rachel. This glimpse into their evening further stoked curiosity, especially after Tom’s recent revelation on Lala Kent’s podcast that he is indeed dating.

In another image, which also included friends Israel and Rachel, Tom and Kiana were seen posing together at a tree lit with pink lights.

On Kiana’s Instagram page, which is followed by several cast members from The Valley, including Kristen Doute, 42, Michelle Saniei, 36, Janet Caperna, 35, and Zack Wickham, 36, she’s shared numerous images from her travels and modeling gigs.

After the photos were shared on Tom’s Instagram Story of Kiana, fans went off on Reddit, complaining that the model is too young for the reality star.

Following the sharing of a post that asked, “Schwartz’s new girlfriend,” one person wondered why Tom was “dating a girl half his age.”

“Because women his age know better,” someone replied.

Another person wrote, “The only reason a man in their 40s goes after a woman in their 20s is because most [women] around their age would never put up with half [the] sh*t they do!”

“Schwartz is incapable of being a real partner so only a girl in her 20s would put up with that,” shared someone else.

Others suspected that Tom was dating someone in their 20s “because that is his maturity level,” and they wondered if he was following in the footsteps of former co-star Tom Sandoval, 43, who has been dating model Victoria Lee Robinson, 33, since late 2023.

“‘I saw Tom Sandoval dating a 20-something model, so I started dating a 20-something model’ – Tom Schwartz,” one fan stated.

On the October 8 episode of Untraditionally Lala, Tom addressed rumors of a secret romance with Lala, 35, saying that the woman he was dating was “in on the joke” and “gets it.”

He also said she was “not just a fling.”

“I was texting my best friend Jesus this morning and I was like, ‘Man, I’m really digging somebody right now,’” he admitted.

As for the future, Tom said he’d be “really sad” if he didn’t have kids by the time he was 50.

“I’ll probably have an existential meltdown,” he shared. “I feel better than I’ve ever felt in my life. I feel healthy and I’m happy. I’m in a good place, but yeah, I want kids, man. But I don’t want to be so rigid with timelines and stuff that I deny myself being in the moment and happy.”
