Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star, Tracy Tutor, is opening up about her journey to recovery following recent cosmetic procedures.
The 50-year-old real estate mogul recently underwent a facelift, neck lift, and brow lift performed by Dr. Jason Diamond in Beverly Hills, California. She has been sharing updates on her ongoing healing process.
On January 12, she took to Instagram Stories to provide a “Day 2 post-op” update, featuring a selfie from her bed, complete with bandages and bruising. “I resemble Sloth from that Goonies movie,” she humorously remarked. “Despite the pain and swelling, as long as I keep up with my medication, it’s manageable.”
Tutor also mentioned the possibility of experiencing more discomfort before improvement is evident. “But my face is in Dr. Diamond’s capable hands, and I’m thankful for all the messages of support,” she expressed.

In an earlier “Day 1” update, she assured followers that the surgery went smoothly, admitting she had been drifting in and out of sleep since the procedure.
“Ready for the Golden Globes,” she quipped about the star-studded ceremony which took place at the Beverly Hilton on Sunday, January 11. “Don’t remember much post-op. Went straight to aftercare and got a little sick & was in some pain.”
Tutor shared with her followers that she visited Dr. Diamond, who was pleased with how the procedures turned out, that morning to see how she was doing post-op. She noted the “discoloration” seen on her cheeks was the result of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections, which accelerates the healing process.
Before getting work done, the TV personality spoke out about how serious she takes her skincare when asked if she had done anything to enhance her appearance in June 2025. “This 4-step nighttime routine from @alliesofskin is legit,” she told fans while displaying her glowing complexion.
And back in September 2020, Tutor shut down rumors that she overdid it with “Botox or surgery.”
“I have not had any plastic surgery on my face,” she fired back via Instagram at the time. “And to be abundantly clear, if I wanted to get plastic surgery, who the hell [are] you to judge what makes me feel better about myself. Thx and goodnight.”
Although many fans know her from Million Dollar Listing, there was a lot of chatter about her potentially joining the cast of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in late 2025.
“I’m not sure where that rumor mill started other than, like, a year or two ago, Andy [Cohen] asked me on Watch What Happens Live — I think a fan had asked,” Tutor exclusively shared with Us Weekly last November while celebrating Mauricio Umansky’s new partnership with ARI.
“I was born and raised in L.A. I know a lot of the women on the show,” she added. “I love them all — not equally — and I think I could bring a little heat.”
Last summer, Tutor rang in her 50th birthday in style surrounded by loved ones. Us exclusively learned that she jet-setted to the Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire, for a Saltburn-themed party. While celebrating the special occasion, she also enjoyed a Fifty Shades of Rosé brunch at a garden restaurant called Flute, located in Broadwick Soho in London. (During that fun-filled visit, she asked all of her guests to dress to impress in pink.)
