The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City continue their adventures in Greece, but tensions remain high as Meredith’s actions stir up discontent among the group. Spending Mother’s Day abroad isn’t bringing Meredith any joy, and she’s making her displeasure known. As the women set out to explore the beautiful island of Santorini, unresolved issues linger, particularly when the topic of “high body count hair” emerges, placing Britani in the spotlight.

RHOSLC Recap: Angie Clashes With Britani Over ‘High Body Count Hair’ Trademark as Britani Accuses Her of Jealousy, Meredith Spirals After Missing Mother’s Day With Her Family, and Whitney Apologizes to Meredith

The morning of Mother’s Day brings a mix of emotions. Heather, relieved to be away from her motherly duties, enjoys the break, while Britani describes the day as “bittersweet,” given her complex relationship with her own children.

Meanwhile, Bronwyn is determined to maintain peace among the group by bringing along her Friendship Commandments from back home and posting them on the fridge as a playful reminder. She hopes this creative approach will help manage any kindergarten-level antics among the ladies.

Britani is soaking up the fun and can’t help but notice Meredith’s absence, which seems to lift the group’s spirits. The ongoing tension with Meredith remains unresolved, as she continues to dismiss Heather’s grievances. Heather longs for Meredith to set aside her pride and offer an apology to mend their strained relationship.

Britani is loving how much fun they are having and points out that Meredith is missing…which might explain the happiness amongst the group. Things have been heavy regarding Meredith, who is still refusing to acknowledge Heather’s “experience.”  Heather simply wants Meredith to swallow her pride and apologize.

Angie explains that the group is splitting up.  Lisa, Bronwyn, Mary, and Angie are going to ride donkeys: “a*ses on a*ses” if you will.  The rest of the group will be attending a Greek cooking class.  Whitney wonders why she has to be stuck with Meredith since they are not on the best of terms right now.  However, she is looking forward to talking with Meredith one-on-one, without Lisa, her mouthpiece, stepping in to defend.

Mary checks in on Meredith, who claims she is overtired and tired of this treatment by Heather and Whitney. Meredith refers to them as mean girls. She is sick of Whitney making false allegations about mental health and drug abuse and heads into the day with her guard up.

Meredith feels like no one wants to hear what she has to say because she is “too educated and speaks too eloquently.” Heather admits that she did imitate her and goes on and on about how she feels hurt by Meredith.  In the middle of this argument, Meredith answers her phone.  It turns out that her son, Brooks, was calling to wish her a happy Mother’s Day, but this action sets the ladies off.

When Meredith hangs up abruptly, the tension is thick.  Meredith makes it clear that she would rather be with her family instead of all of them.  She wonders why everyone is making it such a big deal that she took a call from her son and yet somehow, Heather feels like she got “raked over the coals” because Meredith once again got out of apologizing.

Heather questions why she still feels like she is in trouble with Meredith.  After Heather’s rant, Meredith finally says she is sorry. This should be enough to end it all, but when Lisa jumps in as Meredith’s spokesperson, it ramps back up again.  Lisa wants everyone to just say what they mean and so Meredith icily shares that she feels as though Whitney is always after her.

Whitney feels like the situation is unfair to her, naturally, and so, when they reach their cooking class destination, Meredith storms off away from the group.  As they prepare for the cooking class, Meredith and her mini skirt parade around Santorini, dodging traffic.

The donkey riders tour the city and we hear how Angie’s father traveled via donkey when he was younger. It really puts their blessed lives in perspective.  Mary is not enjoying her trip whatsoever, but at least she’s not stuck at the world’s most awkward cooking class with Meredith.

Speaking of Meredith, she eventually returns and begrudgingly sits through a lesson on how to make moussaka.  Meredith manages to get some support from the guide who promises that the wine will make her happy.  According to Meredith, she misses her kids and is mad that she didn’t get to talk to her kids for two years. Britani thinks it’s ridiculous that Meredith is trying to deflect having to answer hard questions by blaming it on Mother’s Day.

The donkey ladies discuss deep friendships and Angie wants Meredith to own what she says.  Angie warns Lisa to back off so Meredith can find her voice.  Angie suggests that Meredith wants Lisa to keep stepping in, but Lisa promises she will always be a loyal friend to Meredith. Mary states that she is praying for Meredith because she feels like something is off.

The group comes back together to enjoy the moussaka that was cooked earlier. Meredith looks more miserable than before (if that could be possible) and she continues to point out how sad she is that she did not get to talk to her son. Heather calls Meredith out, claiming that her emotions are just because of Mother’s Day because they ALL KNEW they would be away for it.

Lisa wants them to get back to “ground zero” because Whitney and Meredith are not getting along. Whitney explains that it was not appropriate to call Meredith a pill popper and alcoholic, but she admits that she is still concerned for her friend.

The ride back to the house involves some giggling about the 10-1-2 of it all as Meredith sleeps.  Evidently, she got a reset during that power nap because when they head to the pool, Meredith is a new woman.  She laughs, swims, and even receives some flowers for Mother’s Day

They have some silly girl talk convos and Bronwyn shares that she has done “more than everyone did with a girl.” Britani shares that she has kissed nearly 367 men, a number she knows from her spreadsheet she has kept since college. Meredith talks about a huge party she threw when she was younger and Angie reminds the ladies it is time to enjoy the Greek nightlife.

The women prepare for a wild evening (well everyone except for Mary who is opting to stay home and rest). Britani explains that she trademarked the phrase “high body count hair.” She claims because she had to take it, so she now owns it.  Angie thinks it is weird that Britani would ™ something SHE said and calls Britani’s hair cheap and too long for her age.

When they arrive at the club, Meredith and Bronwyn have decided to patent “TING TING TING, we don’t have an announcement because it’s secret,” a play on Britani’s one phrase. Angie is mad that Britani is taking the credit for high body count hair, but Britani thinks that Angie is simply jealous of her. Angie wonders if someone says Britani looks like a slut would Britani now own the word slut? Britani still believes that she was smart enough to trademark it first, but Whitney wonders why they are not focusing on fun.  Who needs trademarks and high body count hair when you have a view like they do, amiright?!
