Travis Kelce showed off his dramatic new haircut while preparing for the forthcoming NFL season at the Kansas City Chiefs’ training camp.

The tight end was photographed with a fresh buzzcut while taking the field with his teammates in St. Joseph, Mo., on Sunday.

He was all smiles for practice and at one point covered his head with a white towel.

Several fans reacted to Kelce’s new look via social media, with one commenting, “rip the luscious locks.”

“Noooooooooo, I loved 90s’ heartthrob Trav!” another added, as a third joked, “an angel lost its wings.”

Kelce, 35, returned to the field to practice for the 2025-26 season after spending the past few months privately preparing in Florida, where he was renting a $20 million mansion.

Chiefs coach Andy Reid told reporters that the NFL star “looks like he’s 20” after focusing on his fitness during the offseason.

“He’s svelte right now,” Reid said on July 24. “He’s doing a great job. He’s in great shape.”

“You can see he’s been working out,” the coach added.

Kelce, meanwhile, got candid about his workout routine during a press conference last month.

“This year, I got some time to really focus on some form running and some things early on in the offseason that I just didn’t have time for last year,” he said.

At the time, the “New Heights” podcaster explained he was “certainly feeling good,” which he believes will “pay off.”

He also spent the offseason cozied up with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.

Kelce and the “Lover” songstress, 35, were photographed out on several date nights in Florida and New York City in his downtime.

Kelce shared never-before-seen photos of his time off with Swift, including photos from their low-key getaway to Montana in March.

One photo showed the couple posing together at the dinner table, revealing their respective black-and-white lock screen photos.

An insider told People that Kelce’s photo dump was his way of showing how serious he and Swift are as a couple.
