Tyreek Hill spilled about using a fake Instagram account and was grilled about conversations with one of his Miami Dolphins teammates while under oath during a deposition as part of the lawsuit brought by OnlyFans model Sophie Hall, In Touch can exclusively report.

In Touch obtained the transcript for a deposition that Tyreek, 31, sat for on February 14.

Tyreek was grilled by lawyers for Sophie, who is suing the NFL star for battery, assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Sophie, 35, claimed she met Tyreek in 2023 after he reached out to her on Instagram. She said the message came after she signed up her son for Tyreek’s football camp.

The model said she went to Tyreek’s home in Florida to hang out. She said she played football with him.

During one practice drill, Sophie alleged Tyreek violently charged at her, which caused her serious injuries. Tyreek denied the accusations.

He claimed Sophie caused her own injuries when she stepped on his dog.

As In Touch first reported, Tyreek was first deposed in December 2024.

During the wild deposition, the NFL star spoke about Sophie, his estranged wife, Keeta Hill, and the allegations in the lawsuit.

During his deposition, Sophie’s lawyer grilled Tyreek about who introduced the NFL star to Sophie. He refused to answer the question. Tyreek claimed he was shown videos of Sophie by a friend.

The lawyer asked, “What friends did you — what friends had sex videos involving Sophie Hall?”

The NFL star said, “I’d rather not say.”

“Was it your friends having sex with Sophie Hall?” Sophie’s lawyer replied.

Tyreek answered, “Yes, but I’d rather not say that person’s name though because I don’t want to like bring my dog into this. You know what I’m saying?”

Later in deposition, Tyreek clarified he did not see his friend in the video with Sophie but saw the video of Sophie on his friend’s phone.

Sophie’s lawyers then deposed Tyreek again in February. At the deposition, the lawyers started off by asking him if he ever spoke or joked about the lawsuit filed by Sophie with friends or in the locker room.

Tyreek said he had not talked about it with anyone. The lawyer then asked Tyreek if he knew who Bayron Matos was.

Bayron, who is from the Dominican Republic, was a part of the NFL’s Intentional Player Pathway Program, which allowed foreign players a chance to play in the league.

He was signed a deal with the Miami Dolphins, the same team Tyreek plays on, in January.

Tyreek said he knew who Bayron was, but they were not close. “I have no issues with anyone, sir. He’s from a different part of the world … he’s like a special addition to the Dolphins. You know what I’m saying?”

The lawyer asked if Tyreek spoke to Bayron about Sophie. He said he had not. it’s unclear if Bayron has any connection to the allegations at issue

When asked if he spoke about Sophie before the incident where she claimed to have been injured, Tyreek admitted he spoke to his old teammate who sent him her Instagram. Tyreek was then grilled about Sophie signing her son up for his football camp.

The NFL star said he got a message from his “homeboy saying who she was” after Sophie signed up for the camp.

“But that’s what I’m trying to understand. In other words, who’s your homeboy? What’s his name?” the lawyer asked. “I would like to not give his name,” Tyreek replied.

“Okay. But I’m still asking for it,” the lawyer said. He claimed it was a total coincidence that his friend sent him Sophie’s Instagram profile the same time she signed up for the camp.

The lawyer asked Tyreek if the friend was in the NFL. Tyreek said “No.” He was then asked if the friend used to play in the NFL. “Was, so past, so, yeah — you can say that,” Tyreek answered. Tyreek said he never played on the same team as the friend in question. Later, the lawyer asked Tyreek, “Are you still trying to find out who you are?”

The NFL star said, “Shit, I know exactly who I am.” The lawyer asked Tyreek who he was. He replied, “I’m thirty — I’m 31 years old.” Tyreek’s lawyer then interjected, “I’m going to object to the question. This is getting ridiculous.” Tyreek said “no” he was not trying to figure himself out.

The NFL star was asked if he had any anger issues. His lawyer objected claiming Tyreek had already answered that at the first deposition.

When asked if he had ever hit a woman, Tyreek said “no, sir.” Tyreek also denied ever hitting a child. The deposition then turned to questions about Sophie.

As In Touch first reported, Tyreek admitted he reached out to Sophie in hopes of having sex with her.

At his second deposition, Tyreek was asked, “And you didn’t know if she wanted to have sex with you, right?” He said, “I mean, she kind of — she kind of presented herself that way when she got to my house.”

At one point, Tyreek told the lawyer, “My mom didn’t raise me to be any kind of rude or, like, any kind of, like, aggressive, you know, kind of guy. You know what I’m saying?”

He continued, “I’m respectful you know … And I tell my friends this, whenever they’re dealing with women: If you’re dealing with a woman, you treat them like a woman. You, like, take them places.”

He continued, “You make them feel good about themselves. You know what I’m saying? So when [Sophie] got there, we had a good time. [Sex] was never the first — that wasn’t the first thing that we did; we went and had a good time. You know what I’m saying?”

Tyreek added, “And we — we hung out, and we got to know each other a little bit more.”

He said he slept with her after the alleged incident playing football. “You picked up Sophie and you carried her from – the whole walkway. It’s a long walkway, and she’s not a small person, right?” her lawyer asked.

Tyreek replied, “She’s definitely not.”

Near the end of the deposition, Tyreek was asked, “Have you ever been frustrated with anybody?”

He said, “The only time I’m frustrated is when my wife won’t let me play my games.” Tyreek said he meant video games. He said, “Well, shit, when you married, though, it’s life, bro. Shit, me and my wife are not perfect.”

Later, Tyreek was asked if he would be mad if Sophie pushed him and make him look weak. “Do you enjoy being made to look weak?” the lawyer asked.

“Everybody loses, dog. Like, I done — I done played in some of the biggest moments of my life and got embarrassed, dog, and I wasn’t frustrated. You know what I’m saying? Like I was — I was glad to be in that moment. You know what I’m saying? So when I’m outside, vibing with my family you got to — you got to understand the climate that you’re in. You know what I’m saying? And that’s something I learned from Deion Sanders. You know what I’m saying? You got to be able to wear different hats in your life.”

He continued, “And in that situation, I was wearing the hat of being a brother, being a son, being a friend to Sophie at the time and just all that other — all that other stuff, man. So I wasn’t in the mode of like ‘Oh, it’s go time. It’s go time.’ We were just having a good time.”

Tyreek was asked if he was sorry for what happened to Sophie at his home. He said, “Obviously, yeah, man. She’s a human at the end of the day, bro. Like, you — you never want to see anyone get hurt, bro, nobody.”

During questioning, Tyreek also admitted to having two phones. He said he used one phone for non-family and the other to text family.

He said the second phone was free from Boost Mobile.

Tyreek was also asked more questions about the Finsta, an Instagram account with a fake name, during the second deposition.

During the first deposition, Tyreek admitted to previously using a Finsta and having an OnlyFans account in a fake name.

He said, “So I got rid of all that. I got rid of fake Finsta, fake OnlyFans, all that.”

He was then asked again about his teammate Bayron and if he had any recollection communicating with him about Sophie.

Tyreek said, “Nah.” The lawyer pressed again.

He asked, “Like if we asked him, he’s going to say ‘I never spoke to Tyreek about this?’” Tyreek replied, “I mean, he tried, but I shut it down immediately.”

“But – right. But what did he try to do?” the lawyer asked. “I don’t know, like just – just talk, like just have conversations, it seems like, just trying to get information to see what’s going on,” Tyreek said.

Sophie filed the transcript as part of her motion demanding Tyreek sit for another deposition. The judge shut down her request but the case is ongoing.
