“A powerful story of family and resilience, this book stayed with me long after the last page.”

“A beautiful love story and exploration of what home means, and the spaces that hold us. This is a wonderful book to gift for the holidays.”

“My new book, my first in 13 years, is a thank you of sorts to anyone who has ever bought something I have designed, or been inspired by an interior I’ve created. It’s the culmination of my 30 years of experience — a deep dive inside my design process, and a guide to help you discover what you love.”

“Anyone who wants to know what goes on behind the scenes in New York restaurants, this is the book for you. A fascinating read, I read it in one sitting.”

“This book kept me up for three nights, It was such a compelling read. If you haven’t yet read this moving memoir about a life interrupted, now is the time.”
