It’s the culmination of my 30 years of experience — a deep dive inside my design process, and a guide to help you discover what you love.”

“Anyone who wants to know what goes on behind the scenes in New York restaurants, this is the book for you. A fascinating read, I read it in one sitting.”

“This book kept me up for three nights, It was such a compelling read. If you haven’t yet read this moving memoir about a life interrupted, now is the time.”
