Katie Price has sent fans into overdrive after revealing a whirlwind engagement — and now a diamond expert has delivered a glittering verdict on the jaw-dropping ring at the centre of it all. The former glamour model, 47, recently announced she is set to tie the knot after a romantic proposal in Dubai, sharing snaps of rose petals spelling out “will you marry me” and flashing a huge diamond on her finger. While the identity of her mystery man initially sparked speculation, it has now been confirmed as Dubai-based businessman Lee Andrews.
Katie Price has sent her fans into a frenzy with the announcement of her whirlwind engagement, and now a diamond specialist has weighed in on the stunning ring that has everyone talking. The 47-year-old former glamour model recently revealed her plans to marry following a romantic proposal in Dubai. She shared photos featuring rose petals arranged to spell out “will you marry me” and proudly displayed a massive diamond on her finger. Initially, speculation buzzed around the identity of her fiancé, but it has since been confirmed as Lee Andrews, a businessman based in Dubai.
As images of the dazzling ring made their rounds on social media, Sarah Rothschild, a diamond expert from the esteemed Rothschild Diamond boutique, offered her insights on the impressive piece and indicated it likely carries a substantial six-figure price tag. Sarah commented, “Katie Price’s new engagement ring is undeniably glamorous and perfectly suits her style. The central stone appears to be a 4.00–5.00 carat radiant cut, set within a custom platinum halo that amplifies its brilliance and enhances its presence on her hand.”

She added: “Based on what we’re seeing, we’d estimate the ring around the £80,000–£120,000 range. Radiant cuts have been quite popular lately and offer the brilliance of a Round with the clean, elongated lines of an Emerald Cut, which makes them incredibly flattering on the hand.”
According to Sarah, the setting itself plays a key role in the ring’s impact. She said: “Halos also seem to be making quite a comeback, particularly in custom designs like this one, where they enhance the centre stone without overpowering it.”
Sarah further elaborated, “Judging by the photos, we estimate the ring’s value to be between £80,000 and £120,000. Radiant cuts have gained popularity recently, offering the sparkle of a Round cut combined with the sleek, elongated lines of an Emerald cut, making them exceptionally flattering when worn.”
The man behind the proposal has since been revealed as Lee Andrews, whose Instagram profile describes him as CEO of Aura Group Future Urban Travel 2027 and an “Investor in Space X Hybrid Fitness”.
His page is filled with gym selfies and modelling-style shots — and he appears to be following just one person: his new fiancée.

Katie documented the proposal on her Instagram Stories, including a snap of Dubai’s iconic Burj Al Arab, alongside the caption: “My Richard Gear swept me off my feet. Manifesting does work.”
Another image showed her holding hands with Lee, who sports a tattoo of Katie’s name. Lee later shared the same snaps on his own Stories, posting the first picture of the couple together and tagging Katie with an engagement ring emoji.
If the pair make it down the aisle, it will mark the ninth time Katie has been engaged — and her fourth marriage.
The news comes just weeks after she confirmed her relationship with JJ Slater had ended well before Christmas.
Speaking on The Katie Price Show podcast, Katie explained her mindset, saying: “I don’t wanna waste my time. You know, if I’m not loved up and it’s not going, these are mistakes I’ve made in the past.”
She continued: “You stay, just go along, and then it ends up getting nasty. Yeah. And I don’t want that. So I’d rather have nipped it in the bud sooner rather than later.”
