Virginia Giuffre is setting the record straight.

The 41-year-old hit back at doubts over her car crash injuries after announcing via Instagram Sunday that she had “four days to live.”

Her family members told the Mirror Tuesday that the Victims Refuse Silence creator “remains in serious condition while receiving medical care.”

They described her alleged collision with a bus “on March 24 in rural Western Australia,” claiming, “The police were called but said that there was no one available to come to the scene. They asked if anyone was injured and suggested that if they were, they should make their way to the hospital.

“The school bus driver had a bus full of distraught children and left the scene to get them back, saying he would file a police report, which he did later,” the statement continued. “Virginia was banged up and bruised and returned home.”

Police previously told the outlet there were no injuries reported in the “minor” crash.

Authorities noted that a 71-year-old woman was driving the bush, which crashed into a 41-year-old woman’s vehicle.

However, Giuffre subsequently “worsened,” according to her loved ones, and was “admitted to the hospital.”

Her family members clarified that she had not meant to share her health update with her Instagram followers, instead intending to “post … on her private Facebook page.”

The upload featured a gruesome hospital selfie as well as a description of her vehicle turning into a “tin can” when hit by a bus “driving 110 km as [she was] slowing for a turn.”

Giuffre, who is notable for suing Prince Andrew for sexual assault in 2021, wrote that she was experiencing “renal kidney failure” and hoped for a chance to “see [her] babies one last time.”

Andrew’s ex Lady Victoria Hervey subsequently made headlines for a savage response to the social media upload.

She re-posted Giuffre to her Story, writing, “KARMA.”

The socialite alleged Giuffre was “conveniently dying to evade jail time” and cited — without evidence — “reliable sources” telling her the “FBI went to her recently with evidence/proof that [Giuffre] lied” about being raped by the 65-year-old royal as a teenager.

The Duke of York, notably, settled with Giuffre in 2022 despite denying any wrongdoing.
