Teresa Giudice is embracing transparency with her fans.
The 54-year-old star of Real Housewives of New Jersey recently treated herself to a “little refresh” for her neck, showcasing the cosmetic enhancement process in a video posted on Instagram this past Tuesday, June 16.
In the shared footage, expert Natia Rufolo of Injx performed the procedure by applying dissolvable threads to Giudice’s neck. This technique is designed to boost collagen production, delivering a smoother, more youthful look. As the threads were inserted, Rufolo skillfully lifted Giudice’s neck by gently pulling the threads upward.
Rufolo explained she strategically placed several threads “here and there,” and added with enthusiasm, “Look at her! She looks perfect!”
Giudice expressed her satisfaction, exclaiming, “Feels good!” as she admired the results. Praising Rufolo’s work, she added, “She did amazing. I was nervous, but she was great. No more bands!”

This isn’t the first time Giudice has been candid about enhancing her appearance. In 2020, she got her breast augmentation “redone.”
“I believe it’s important to always stand strong and feel like your best, most confident self,” she wrote via Instagram at the time. “10 years after my first breast augmentation, I decided to have my breasts redone… could not be happier with the results. I was very nervous to re-do my breasts, but I felt it was necessary for me to feel like my best self.”
