Gypsy Rose Blanchard thought she found her happy ending when she was released from jail after serving seven years for her role in the murder of her mother Clauddine “Dee Dee” Blanchard and walked hand in hand out of the government facility with her then-husband, Ryan Anderson.

Things have since majorly changed as Gypsy moved on and had a baby with new boyfriend Ken Urker only months after finalizing her divorce from Ryan in 2024. Fans are curious about what led to the quick demise of the former couple’s relationship and if Gyspy and Ryan are currently feuding.

Why Do Fans Think Gypsy Rose and Ryan Blanchard Are Feuding?

Fans seemingly believe Gypsy and Ryan, who married in July 2022 while she was still behind bars, are feuding on social media after Ryan allegedly posted a private text message exchange between him and Gypsy.

“Ryan posted this screenshot of a text message from Gypsy, who said, ‘Are you with Amber Jay?’ who is another content creator on TikTok, who has gone live with Ryan,” TikTok user CospiraTea alleged in a video posted on May 4, 2025.

The screenshot was in reference to a recent video livestream where Ryan alleged that Gypsy had texted him in January 2025 to ask him if he was dating someone else. During that livestream, Ryan was also allegedly throwing some of Gypsy’s left-behind possessions “out the window” as he wasn’t happy with some of the comments that Gypsy said during her Lifetime show, Gypsy Rose: Life After Lockup.

“Including the fact that Gypsy was saying that Ryan wasn’t a good sexual partner,” the account alleged. Gypsy also allegedly leaked “very private personal information about Ryan.”

The TikTok included a screen recording of Gypsy directly calling out Ryan on social media.

“So, you want me to take my sh–t down right? Okay, how about you quit talking about me? It’s been three f–king months since I texted you and you’re spiraling out of control,” Gypsy said in the clip. “So just remember, just as much dirt as you have on me, I have on you, honey. You punch at me, I punch ten times harder.”

Gypsy spoke out again against Ryan days later on May 5, 2025, slamming him for sharing their “sacred” texts from earlier this year after she gave birth to her first daughter.

“Whenever you put out text messages between you and I that I think are sacred … When I mean sacred, I mean that, there are very few people I trust in this world. I have always counted you as one of them,” she told her social media followers. “I reached out to you when I was two weeks postpartum and I didn’t know how to handle my emotions, I’d just had a baby, my literal whole life changed in an instant.”

Gypsy said she leaned on her ex because she “felt distant” from Ken in the weeks after delivering their daughter.

“I told you everything that was on my heart and in my head,” she said. “I thought that that was gonna stay between us, did I tell Ken? Eventually I did. But I never aimed to hurt you.”

When Did Ryan Anderson and Gypsy Rose Divorce?

Gypsy and Ryan’s marriage was short-lived as they split only three months after she gained her freedom in December 2023. They announced their separation in March 2024 after two years of marriage. The couple filed for divorce just one month later.

Less than one month after their separation, Gypsy reignited her romance with ex-fiancé Ken in April 2024. The rekindled relationship raised eyebrows amongst fans, who speculated that she walked away from Ryan to give her ex, who she was romantically linked to in 2018, a second chance at love.

“Ken has consistently been brought up in a way that I can never let go of my feelings, but I put them on the back burner to do what was best for my marriage,” Gypsy told Us Weekly in June 2024. “And so, having that be a point of contention has been a thread throughout, but I didn’t leave Ryan for Ken.”

Gypsy and Ken announced they were expecting that July and later welcomed their daughter Aurora on December 28, 2024.
