When it was announced in the fall of 2025 that Bravo was releasing a reality TV series involving a handful of kids from The Real Housewives, the reactions from Bravo fans were mixed. Some viewers felt they didn’t need to learn more about the Housewives‘ kids on Next Gen NYC, while others wanted to see what life was like from their points of view. However, after a few episodes into the new series, it became clear that Bravo hit the nail on the head with this new series, especially the casting.
Gia Giudice, Brooks Marks, Ariana Biermann, and Riley Burruss are all kids from The Real Housewives universe who moved to New York City to find their niche. Joining them are some friends who are new to reality TV. Together, the mismatched friend group is all things chaotic and fun, making the perfect reality TV show. Now, Bravo is looking at expanding the series into Los Angeles.
Which Real Housewives Kids Should Appear On Next Gen LA?
After earning between 245,000 to 280,000 viewers (per TV Deets) in its first season, it looks like Bravo is looking to expand Next Gen NYC into a franchise. Entertainment Now reported that Housewives Cynthia Bailey (The Real Housewives of Atlanta) and Adrienne Maloof (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) were on a June 2025 episode of Jeff Lewis Live, where they spilled the beans about Bravo’s casting search.
Adrienne may be a former Housewife who hasn’t been a main cast member since Season 3, but she’s still a well-known figure in Beverly Hills and the Bravo community. The businesswoman has three sons, whom she claims were approached by Bravo to star in Next Gen LA.
- Gavin Nassif (22)
- Twins: Colin and Christian Nassif (19)
“They’re coming to us to want to do this show, that show about the next generation like my kids,” she shared. When she was asked if her kids were going to appear on the series, she shared, “It’s up to them.”

Like Adrienne, Cynthia Bailey claimed her daughter, Noelle Robinson, was also asked to be a part of the series. “I don’t know what Noelle wants to do yet. It’s totally her decision,” the mother of one shared.
“It’s her choice. She’s been watching it. I’ve just been like, ‘Keep watching it and see how you feel about it.’”
Adrienne and Cynthia’s kids appeared on their respective shows but weren’t in the limelight like some of the cast members on Next Gen NYC. Getting a chance to learn more about these young adults would be interesting for viewers since their parents were the ones in front of the cameras for all these years.
Who Else Should Join Next Gen LA?
While things are allegedly still in the works, it’s hard not to theorize who else should be a part of the LA branch.
- Sami Sheen (The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) would make an interesting addition to the series, especially being located on the West Coast. As the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, she has a large online presence and an intriguing family life for TV.
- Scotty Jr., Justin, Preston, and Sophia Pippen (The Real Housewives of Miami) are the famous kids of Larsa and Scottie Pippen. While their children made appearances on RHOM, they split their time between LA and Miami. With Scotty Jr. following in his dad’s footsteps in the NBA and with Preston’s modeling career, there’s a lot of promise with this family.
- Maximillia, Ace, Nicholas, and Katarina DuBrow from The Real Housewives of Orange County. Heather and Terry DuBrow have been a part of the Real Housewives family for years, so hearing more from their children would be a nice change of pace.
Drama On Next Gen NYC
Like any good reality TV show, Next Gen NYC started peacefully before things became chaotic. The series centered around The Real Housewives’ kids as the core group and the friends they made in New York.
Brooks Marks, Gia Giudice, Riley Burruss, and Ariana Biermann all knew each other prior to filming. They slowly integrated their other New York friends, who also had interesting backgrounds and intriguing day-to-day lives. However, the more they got to know each other, the more dramatic things became.
Charlie Zakkour is one of the more controversial members of the cast, who appears to have small issues with plenty of people.
- According to Reality Blurb, cast member Georgia McCann shared that Charlie was against the Real Housewives kids from joining the series. “Other people were supposed to be on this cast and actually like dropped out because the Housewives kids were gonna be on it,” Georgia shared on Reality Checked. The star shared, “I know firsthand, I can’t speak for Ava and Emira because I don’t know if I’ve really talked to them about this, but I know Charlie was definitely pressed about it.”
[Charlie] was not saying the nicest things about the Housewives kids prior to meeting them.
When Andy Cohen heard about Charlie’s comments, he made it clear that one of the reasons why the series was greenlit was because of the Housewives kids and their following.
- Ariana Biermann moved from Atlanta to New York to make her fashion dreams a reality. However, once cast member, Ava Dash, found out Ariana was creating a fashion line, she judged her sense of style. “Every time I’ve seen her, I’ve never thought, like, ‘Oh, she’s giving fashion,'” Ava told Brooks Marks.
- Charlie is also in the hot seat with Georgia. The two got into a disagreement and Charlie called Georgia “dirt poor” and a “delusional b**ch,” to name a few insults.
One of the good things that has come from the series is the reconnected friendship between Ariana and Riley Burruss. The two met when they were little kids, when their moms were on RHOA. Once their moms had a falling out, however, Riley and Ariana lost touch. Now, the two claim they are “best friends” and speak every day, now that they’re both in the trenches of New York City instead of Atlanta.
