The Real Housewives of Orange County may look a lot different when it returns to Bravo for season 20.
Although the series’ 19th season just kicked off on Thursday night, a new report claims that two of its cast members “won’t be back” because one’s “heart isn’t in it anymore,” and the other is “spiraling” amid tensions with a number of her co-stars.
“I think [Heather Dubrow]’s done after this season. She’s made her mark, she did what she need to do but her heart isn’t in OC,” an insider explained to The U.S. Sun on July 10, adding that season 19 “felt like the farewell tour” for Heather, 56.
“That’s no secret. She’s all over the world, she’s in LA. She’s not close with the cast. Pretty sure Heather is going to fly the nest after this one so fans of hers, enjoy her final season!” the source continued.
Also unlikely to return is Katie Ginella, 41, who has had feuds not only with Heather, but also with Emily Simpson, 49, Tamra Judge, 57, and Shannon Beador, 61.
“Katie just doesn’t fit in with this group and fans will see… things are going to get a lot worse for her,” the insider teased. “The premiere isn’t good for her and things will just spiral more and more for her. She is not cut out for reality TV. No way she’ll be back.”
As RHOC fans may recall, the outlet previously reported that Katie, who joined the show in 2023 for season 18, had been kicked off the cast’s Amsterdam trip and didn’t film as much in the weeks that followed.
As for Heather, she became part of the cast in 2013 for season seven, and she remained on the series until season 11. Then, in 2021, ahead of season 16, she announced her comeback and has been a featured cast member ever since.
The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
