But he’s more known for his involvement in Quantum 360, a Malibu-based holistic healing center, where he met Denise who was going there for “preventative DNA repair.”

In a Season 10 episode of RHOBH, Denise had to stop Aaron from explaining his work as they “already have people following” them. “Everything you’ve been taught about how diseases process and stuff works is not true,” said the businessman. “I have to be careful.”

He said his career was inspired by his experience at age 12 when he lived “next to the largest nuclear facility in North America” and “watched everybody die of cancer.” In a confessional, Denise backed up Aaron’s profession, saying “people get tremendous results and sometimes certain organizations don’t like to see those results because they make a lot of money otherwise.”

But in November 2024, Aaron was slapped with a lawsuit accusing him of fraud. Rupert Perry, filed on behalf of his wife, Elina Katsioula-Beall after the entrepreneur failed to accomplish his promise—that they “would cure or at least ameliorate Ms. Katsioula-Beall’s condition (Sarcoma).”

The suit alleged that Aaron “claimed that the treatment had a 98% success rate and he was so confident in it that, if it did not work, he would refund to Ms. Katsioula-Beall and Mr. Perry fifty percent (50%) of the money they [sic] to him for the treatment.”

The treatment cost $126,000, but the lawsuit claimed that it didn’t work, and the tumors only grew 25%. When the couple asked for a refund, Aaron allegedly “acknowledged the debt but proffered a series of excuses for his failure to pay the $63,000.” He hasn’t responded to the lawsuit as of January 2025, and his involvement in the clinic is unclear at this time.

When Denise and Aaron met in 2017, Aaron was processing his divorce from actress, Nicollette Sheridan—who was previously married to Lisa Rinna’s current husband, Harry Hamlin. Lisa and Harry claimed that Nicollette cheated on the actor with singer, Michael Bolton. The Desperate Housewives alum fired back, calling it “fake news.”

Aaron and Nicollette were first linked in 2014 and always kept their relationship private. In 2016, the Desperate Housewives alum filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences.” She and Aaron had only been married for six months.

Aaron and Nicollette’s divorce was finalized in August 2018. Neither of them was granted spousal support. A month later, Aaron and Denise got married in a private Malibu ceremony, 48 hours after he proposed to her.

Interestingly, producers have also asked Nicollette to join RHOBH (imagine if she did when both Lisa and Denise were still on it). In March 2023, the actress wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that Bravo and Andy Cohen were “desperate” and “knocking at my door.” She later said on The Tamron Hall Show that her “audience would probably rather see me do a proper show.”
